Toppings

Was craving some poke on my way back home from Joshua tree and we stopped here , the service was good. The guy building our bowl was informative and patient while I was looking and asking questions. I thought the bowl size was good. I think it's only one size. $2 difference I think from 2 choices vs the 3. But you can get one of each topping no extra charge unless it's avocado. Generous servings and we dined in. There was a good amount of tables inside and it felt very clean and organized . The fish tasted very fresh as well as the toppings. I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area!

I have never waited this long for a poke bowl in my life. Why have 2 associates behind the line if they are just going to wander back and forth aimlessly? Both tried repeatedly to help the same 2 customers who don't know what they wanted (they were ordering together), while I stood for 30 minutes, and was only offered rice. Servers were friendly but the music is so loud it is difficult to be heard or hear others. And again I'm not sure why 2 people were trying to work on one order at a poke restaurant, which is like any other takeout place--everything is laid out in front of you. The couple before me kept asking questions, which is fine--I thought the second associate would come help me. Instead, I waited politely but the second associate did not help me complete my order. Instead he got me rice, and then interrupted the server helping the first couple to help them, and then came back to help me, before finally passing my plate to the second worker. He also kept going back and forth to the grill and the line, and going to the back to talk to the prep cooks. I was under the impression that assembling a rice bowl with already-prepared ingredients was simple and quick. Apparently I was wrong. Edit: portions were also incredibly small, compared to other poke restaurants. They have more flavors of sauce than many other places, but who wants free sauce if your portions are tiny scoops of protein, and you have to spend almost $2 for a single avocado slice? Thankfully today is my day off, because if this had happened on my lunch break, I would have walked out. Tasty, but not worth the wait.

ORDER 2 scoop bowl (4/5) -- blazin salmon + spicy tuna w/ spicy creamy sauce the only downside to this location is they skimp on the protein... other than that, super yummy poke. definitely one of the better poke spots in riv. SERVICE (5/5) friendly and quick service! AMBIANCE there are a few tables available inside.

Although I'm not new to the Ahipoki establishments, I made my first visit to their location in Rialto a few weeks ago. The location is situated in an area with plenty of shops and restaurants, so there is plenty of free parking shared among the businesses. The establishment itself has a nice size store where customers are able to dine in if they prefer. The ordering process is similar to most poke places in the area where you build your order in various steps, similar to cafeteria style. They have a solid selection of items to build your bowl with lots of common favorites for poke lovers. During my visit I ordered a large bowl with their Tuna Luau, Blazing Salmon, and Shrimp over salad. It was good and the various sauces and toppings to complement the bowl worked well. Pricing is a little high and the staff (at least the person helping me that day) are very stringent with portions for proteins and toppings. The person helping me was not pleasant to work with. She seemed annoyed as I built my order, which I couldn't understand since the whole premise of this type of establishment is telling the staff what you want to put in it. No hello, smile, or acknowledgement when I would thank her or engage with her. Staff overall seemed more concerned with talking to each other instead of engaging with customers. Extremely bad look. I can always depend on getting a tasty poke bowl from Ahipoki locations and although the service has not quite matched what I've experienced from their other stores, I would return for the convenience of location when in this area of the Inland Empire.

I was craving for Spam Musubi so stopped by to just get a quick bite after I got out of work @ 3pm. As I entered the place there was no line or diners so my order came quick. Was just dissatisfied with the size of the sliced spam. I remember it being thicker slice than this . The proportion of the rice and spam is not acceptable. The ice creams and macarons are what I want to try on my next visit .

It was really good! Only reason it does not receive 5 stars is because the scoop seemed smaller than other poki places.

I get the Poke with all salad, Tuna with onions & avocado, salmon, tuna, and shrimp w/ spicy house & eel sauce. Toppings, I get everything except ginger, wasabi, and extra avocado. I top it off with crispy onions and furikake. It's a big bowl and definitely shareable if they like what you like. The drinks are also good. I enjoy the guava but my oldest enjoys tropical so we got tropical today. The ambiance is casual. It really nice and bright. They also keep it very clean. Average is probably the best way to describe it. Portions are pretty small. The ahi was decent. The octopus was super chewy and rubbery. The best part were the toppings and sauce. It's a great healthier alternative than fast food, so I'd probably come back and try different combinations. Also, as much as I enjoy the greens I'd probably opt for all rice just so the meal can be more filling. Service was all just fine. The young lady was just going through the motions. It was later in the evening and the place was empty. I'm sure I ruined her moment of zen. The location itself was very clean, and everything was very well organized. Got in and out quickly which is a plus.

I honestly thought I already gave Poke Bar 5 stars but I guess my subconscious needed to confirm…read morethe consistency first. Which brings me here today:) This location in particular is probably the most consistently clean, fresh & cold with good service. It's literally my favorite so I know that you can walk in at any point on any day & get all the things. Like today, the one guy who works here is here on Super Bowl Sunday just being great. Of course he's got the game on his phone (let's be human people) but he's still doing everything he's suppose to with a pleasant tone asking everyone if they want to try the new Matcha;) I credit the owner for finding this guy...speaking of the owner, she is in the back hustling everything. (I don't really know what to say when Every. Single. Time. I see this lady, she's working harder than 3 Californians on a might-as-well-be-summer day.) I can't forget to shout-out all the beautiful girlies who made the consistency actual happen--like the owner's daughter, I think her cousin (only because I think I heard someone else reference them being cousins maybe), the petite cutie with all the gold & the most amazing nailsssssss! I digress... And it's cold. The importance of keeping seafood fresh in a clean, cold environment is a non-negotiable. Like AC always at 74. O and metal chairs, a clean bathroom AND clean floors. Yup, these are the businesses I love giving my money to.

I took it to go and had it back at my hotel since I was visiting the area and honestly for the price of a large it was delicious! The fish was fresh and the flavors blended well together! The workers were really sweet and polite so shout out to them! I definitely come back here for pokè

On top of that, I really appreciate that the food isn't served in plastic, definitely a plus in my book. This place is amazing and has quickly become my current favorite poke spot! Customer Service 4/5 Customer service is great and pretty friendly. There was just one visit where the staff wasn't very friendly, though it still wasn't a bad experience. First and foremost, when you're working somewhere with that many sauces and custom options, I feel like a server should at least be knowledgeable and willing to guide newcomers. A little engagement goes a long way. Instead, it felt like she was just standing there waiting for me to hurry up and order while I was clearly trying to figure out all the choices. I asked to sample their Japan sauce. She handed it to me without any warning. What I didn't realize was that it's heavy on olive oil and wasabi. If you know WASABI, you know it doesn't "spice" your tongue -- IT SHOOTS STRAIGHT UP YOUR NOSE. I immediately started coughing like crazy. A simple "Hey, just a heads up, this one has a strong wasabi kick" would've been nice. When I mentioned that she could've warned me, she just chuckled and didn't really acknowledge it. Not the best customer service moment. Then when I ordered fried pork, she asked what sauce I wanted. I was scanning the menu and didn't see teriyaki listed, so I asked if they had it. She casually grabbed it from behind the counter. If teriyaki is available (and pretty standard with fried pork), why make it seem like it's not even an option on the menu? It just added to the confusion. Food itself... It's decent. Not amazing, not terrible. The fish options are just alright. It's not the freshest I've had, but good enough to get by without worrying about getting sick. It satisfies a craving, but it's not somewhere I'd hype up as top-tier poke.
