Was craving some poke on my way back home from Joshua tree and we stopped here , the service was good. The guy building our bowl was informative and patient while I was looking and asking questions. I thought the bowl size was good. I think it's only one size. $2 difference I think from 2 choices vs the 3. But you can get one of each topping no extra charge unless it's avocado. Generous servings and we dined in. There was a good amount of tables inside and it felt very clean and organized . The fish tasted very fresh as well as the toppings. I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area!

I have never waited this long for a poke bowl in my life. Why have 2 associates behind the line if they are just going to wander back and forth aimlessly? Both tried repeatedly to help the same 2 customers who don't know what they wanted (they were ordering together), while I stood for 30 minutes, and was only offered rice. Servers were friendly but the music is so loud it is difficult to be heard or hear others. And again I'm not sure why 2 people were trying to work on one order at a poke restaurant, which is like any other takeout place--everything is laid out in front of you. The couple before me kept asking questions, which is fine--I thought the second associate would come help me. Instead, I waited politely but the second associate did not help me complete my order. Instead he got me rice, and then interrupted the server helping the first couple to help them, and then came back to help me, before finally passing my plate to the second worker. He also kept going back and forth to the grill and the line, and going to the back to talk to the prep cooks. I was under the impression that assembling a rice bowl with already-prepared ingredients was simple and quick. Apparently I was wrong. Edit: portions were also incredibly small, compared to other poke restaurants. They have more flavors of sauce than many other places, but who wants free sauce if your portions are tiny scoops of protein, and you have to spend almost $2 for a single avocado slice? Thankfully today is my day off, because if this had happened on my lunch break, I would have walked out. Tasty, but not worth the wait.

ORDER 2 scoop bowl (4/5) -- blazin salmon + spicy tuna w/ spicy creamy sauce the only downside to this location is they skimp on the protein... other than that, super yummy poke. definitely one of the better poke spots in riv. SERVICE (5/5) friendly and quick service! AMBIANCE there are a few tables available inside.

Although I'm not new to the Ahipoki establishments, I made my first visit to their location in Rialto a few weeks ago. The location is situated in an area with plenty of shops and restaurants, so there is plenty of free parking shared among the businesses. The establishment itself has a nice size store where customers are able to dine in if they prefer. The ordering process is similar to most poke places in the area where you build your order in various steps, similar to cafeteria style. They have a solid selection of items to build your bowl with lots of common favorites for poke lovers. During my visit I ordered a large bowl with their Tuna Luau, Blazing Salmon, and Shrimp over salad. It was good and the various sauces and toppings to complement the bowl worked well. Pricing is a little high and the staff (at least the person helping me that day) are very stringent with portions for proteins and toppings. The person helping me was not pleasant to work with. She seemed annoyed as I built my order, which I couldn't understand since the whole premise of this type of establishment is telling the staff what you want to put in it. No hello, smile, or acknowledgement when I would thank her or engage with her. Staff overall seemed more concerned with talking to each other instead of engaging with customers. Extremely bad look. I can always depend on getting a tasty poke bowl from Ahipoki locations and although the service has not quite matched what I've experienced from their other stores, I would return for the convenience of location when in this area of the Inland Empire.

I was craving for Spam Musubi so stopped by to just get a quick bite after I got out of work @ 3pm. As I entered the place there was no line or diners so my order came quick. Was just dissatisfied with the size of the sliced spam. I remember it being thicker slice than this . The proportion of the rice and spam is not acceptable. The ice creams and macarons are what I want to try on my next visit .

It's kind of like going on a first date and figuring out pretty quickly whether it's your kind of place or not. Fortunately, Ono Hawaiian BBQ ended up being much better than expected. California food has honestly been impressing me, and this place kept that streak going. Coming from Texas, I still believe a lot of things are bigger and better back home, but for the price I paid, the portion size on the #24 Island Fire Chicken was very solid. This was more than enough food for one person, and I could easily see two adults sharing it. The Island Fire Chicken was the highlight. The heat level was just right. I would describe it as mild, possibly medium for some, but not overly spicy. It is definitely nowhere near Hot Cheeto or Taki level heat, so most people should feel comfortable ordering it. The chicken itself was juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Paired with the grilled onions, it was a simple but satisfying combination. The plate came with two scoops of rice, a generous portion of macaroni salad, and steamed vegetables underneath the chicken and onions. The vegetables appeared to be cabbage, broccoli, and carrots. Everything tasted fresh, and the portion sizes were consistent across the plate. The macaroni salad stood out as particularly good. I also tried the katsu sauce and teriyaki sauce with the rice. The dish did not need any additional sauce, but both were flavorful. The katsu sauce paired especially well with the rice. The restaurant itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Even around noon, the wait time was only about 7 to 10 minutes from ordering to receiving the food. The interior has a similar feel to Hawaiian-style fast casual spots with island music playing, but still maintains its own identity. Next time, I would like to try the musubi, which I did not notice on my first visit, and the ribs also looked very appealing. The employee at the counter recommended the beef and pork as popular choices, but the Island Fire Chicken was easily the standout for me. Overall, this was a great experience. Good food, generous portions, quick service, and friendly staff. I would definitely return the next time I am in Rialto. I can't speak for anyone else cause I'm not from Cali but I did enjoy my time here and when I go to restaurants I usually go for what they're known for and usually don't order off the menu items (unless they're known for them) if that makes sense hence a lot of reviews for restaurants (even this one) get blown out of proportion especially if you're grabbing Crab Rangoon's at a Hawaiin Spot, like make it make sense that's like grabbing a burrito at a donut shop and being upset cause they're known for their donuts, remember it's probably just an upsell item we're in America people big business is big business and every other establishment is your competition so why not copy and paste it at your restaurant as well, if that makes sense . And I'm not knocking Yelp just seems there are always so many bad reviews on here and yet you go on Google Maps and the reviews show otherwise.

It's a great healthier alternative than fast food, so I'd probably come back and try different combinations. Also, as much as I enjoy the greens I'd probably opt for all rice just so the meal can be more filling. Service was all just fine. The young lady was just going through the motions. Which brings me here today:) This location in particular is probably the most consistently clean, fresh & cold with good service. It's literally my favorite so I know that you can walk in at any point on any day & get all the things. Like today, the one guy who works here is here on Super Bowl Sunday just being great. Of course he's got the game on his phone (let's be human people) but he's still doing everything he's suppose to with a pleasant tone asking everyone if they want to try the new Matcha;) I credit the owner for finding this guy...speaking of the owner, she is in the back hustling everything. (I don't really know what to say when Every. Single. Time. I see this lady, she's working harder than 3 Californians on a might-as-well-be-summer day.) We tried the Beef Special Pho, the Garlic Noodles with Scallops, and the Sautéed Char Siu sandwich, along with a side of garlic parmesan fries. Not a single miss at the table. I personally had the Beef Special Pho, and it was a winner. The beef rib was incredibly flavorful and tender, and the broth was rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying--exactly what you want in a great bowl of pho. You can tell real care goes into it. The garlic parmesan fries came out hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, and the rest of the table was just as happy with their dishes. Everyone agreed the food delivered across the board. The ambiance is very chill and casual, making it an easy place to relax and enjoy your meal. It's not a formal spot at all, which works well with the overall vibe. The celebrity murals on the walls are a fun touch and give you something interesting to look at while you're there, adding to the pleasant, laid-back atmosphere. The wait time ended up being a bit longer than what the waiting list initially showed, but once we learned that the restaurant has been going a little viral on TikTok and Instagram, it made sense.
