I usually love this place but was really disappointed to discover that my to go order was missing unagi. I had only ordered a 2 scoop bowl and was sad to find when my husband came home with the food that my bowl only had spicy tuna. The food was okay . I went in for lunch around 12 and I got the coldest, most unwelcoming feel when I walked in . I've never been their before so I asked how it works here and it seems the guy preparing the food didn't even know ! Or at least that's what it seemed like . What really made me uncomfortable was when the employee that was moping was talking to the guy behind the counter and made a comment "I feel like all Mexican people should know how to mop and sweep" I'm Mexican myself and was kind of offended at this . I don't blame them, but I blame the management for not training them on customer service and how to stay professional in the restaurant . Overall I will not be returning to this place. Stingy af!!!! Looks like the owners are now running the show... I understand the rise in prices but I also expect to receive the proper portions. I have been coming here for years and it was my ultimate favorite place for poke bowls. Employees were friendly and portions were just right. I asked for an additional scoop of crab meat and was told it would be extra, i said that's fine. I don't mind paying extra but I wasn't even served the full scoops so I had to ask for more. I asked for three sides of sriracha for the 3 poke bowls I purchased and was given three sides with not even a quarter of the little container full. When i asked the lady to fill one of them to the top she looked at her husband and said something in her native language, she seemed very upset. The service quality has gone down. This place has lost a customer and I will no longer be recommending to my family and friends. Wish incould give no stars. read more

I had the worst experience today at this location. I get an ahirito at least once a week from different locations. When I walked in I realized one guy didn't have a mask on and the other had his mask on his chin half of the time but ok. When I ordered an ahirito he gave an obviously irritated look. He asked my proteins and then told me they no longer put sauce on the inside. So I was ok with that. Then it took him forever to make. He was scooping rice into the tray with his gloved hand. Then he packed the rice so much that it all stuck in the tray. So he really just rolled up the toppings in the seaweed paper and gave it to me. I went outside and looked at it and brought it back in because it is expensive and I'm not paying for that. I asked the other guy nicely could they make it again since it has no rice. He had the same guy make it. I was watching and at one point he walked to the back and came back out with my bowl of stuff mixing it with tongs! He already had tongs out so there was no reason to go back there.. I'm certain he probably took it back there to spit in it. Why else would you take someone's food to the back? I won't be coming back to this location. read more

Excellent! My first Poke Bowl experience! I love sushi but had not visited a Poke place yet. I went with a friend who has had it. This place is super duper clean and the food was fresh and delicious! I had the Luau Tuna (I think that's the name) and Spicy Tuna on brown rice and salad. I added lots of veggie toppings and House Spice sauce! Yummmmy! I will be back for sure! read more

They are so stingy! Their portions are ridiculously tiny. I ordered a sushi burrito and the dude taking my order immediately says "1 portion only" doesn't even let me get to the second portion just rudely interrupts even tho it says TWO portions for the fish. I ate a rice burrito put it that way. Even the sauces were limited I asked for two creamy spicy mayo and one house sauce and just got two spicy creamy mayo. I found this place accidentally, was looking for some Japanese sushi or ramen, but I changed my mind, was my first time tried poki ever in my life, and this experement was great, I got 2 scoops with salmon and scollops, the sause called the house sauce,It taste weried but it's yummy, I highly recommand this place, try it and you will fall in love with it. read more

I came with a party of 5. They brought us through to Poki bar very quickly and pleasantly. All the ingredients were delicious and fresh. Came in today to get a bowl, first time here. The prices here are wild. It's way too expensive for the amount of scoops you are getting. although the fish was good. Great food, fast service, love the location. My wife and I love Poki. The portions are very good size.

First time. I ordered two scoops, tuna lau (which is tuna with avocado in a seasoned sauce), and salmon. I added the house sauce and wasabi citrus. I did not add any extra wasabi and wish I had. They do however have siracha available by the utensils. The two scoop portion was large after adding seaweed salad, krab salad, cucumbers, misago and green onion. The tuna melted in my mouth and the white rice was cooked well. I would return. One star off because the lack of spice in the wasabi citrus sauce, and also there's no music so dining in is boring. read more
