Over the past four years we've used AHC Alarms for our security system needs with three different properties. Carlos and team have always been thoughtful and patient during the consulting/planning phase, efficient and detail oriented during installation -- and quick to respond the few times maintenance has been required. With our most recent project, a conversion toward AHC's in-house security monitoring services, Lorena, the super-friendly and knowledgeable service manager, fielded questions, provided quotes, scheduled installation, and addressed follow-up requests quickly and flawlessly. Victor, a true pro who's worked on other projects for us, managed the installation and setup process -- once again delivering exceptional and timely service! It's without hesitation that I highly recommend AHC Alarms. read more

Thank you so much AHC Alarms! I was in dire need of a local home security and monitoring team to install top notch equipment and monitor my home. The staff at AHC has made me feel that I have a trusted company monitoring my home internally and externally. Installation was almost immediate. Response time/attention to detail with AHC is extremely timely and coupled with authorities is beyond what I could ask for. Restful sleep has been sleep long overdue. I can now feel secure knowing that there is local monitoring and patrol on my side. A very big shout out and thank you to Lorena and Travis! Lorena is not only sincere, but she made me feel that my safety was her number one concern! Travis was also extremely professional, kind and made me feel that I made the right choice. If you are looking for a local, family oriented business with customer safety and superior monitoring/security then AHC is your company!!! Thank you again to everyone at AHC Alarm. read more

My experience with AHC alarms was very professional, informative & timely! I live in Indio CA and thanks to the customer service representative Lorena I was able to get my ADT security system/Google cameras installed same day! The technician Victor walked us thru step by step on everything we needed to get our system up and running in a great timely manner with great patience and professionalism. I now feel safe and protected thanks to AHC & ADT and can honestly say this is the best security company and definitely recommend! read more

I really don't post reviews but i just had to after the amazing service I received from both my representative and technician. I order my new ADT Security System by AHC Alarms with the Google cameras. Lorena explained in detail what I would receive and was very helpful with working with me on the financing. My technician, Victor was respectful of my time as I am a remote worker. He also made it a point to help me understand the apps associated with the new system. I especially appreciated the fact that he was careful and caring of my fur babies. Overall my experience with AHC was extremely positive and exceptional. read more

We had Carlos come out and look at our existing equipment. We had installed new windows and needed to update the contacts and keypad. He was really informative and gave us advice. We decided to cancel ADT and move our security alarm with his company. We have an updated keypad and are very happy so far with his service. I had to give them a one star, because there was no zeros before it. Maybe, Yelp should do that, so the public can be a honest reviewer! I had to lie too! CARLOS AND HIS STAFF ARE LIARS and talks a big game on the phone but can't deliver! Our home has holes in the dry walls and wires hanging out, batteries that don't work, and they will never call you back. I would love to continue to write pages of how terrible they are, however, they have wasted so much of my time and money already! Tip today, because you will never hear it from advance home disconnect! After 90 days, you become a CORP adt CUSTOMER, AND your business will be through a local ADT branch office. These companies are authorize dealer only! read more

Carlos sold me a $425.00 system that was never activated. He told me he was the one who arranges ADT too inactivate my old system when my new was activated. ADT has been charging me for 6 months. I have talked to Carlos several times and he always said he would take care of it. He said he would reimburse me for the ADT charges which he did not. He will not return my phone calls. Do not use him. I thought he was honest, but clearly he is not. read more

I was fortunate enough to find a home alarm system company locally that came out and did a phenomenal job. Advanced Home Connect showed up this morning with two workmen and the owner, Carlos. Carlos stayed with them all day and it was perfection. Cleaned up after themselves all new alarm and cameras are working. I would highly recommend this company. Our previous alarm company "ADT" has deteriorated and makes it virtually impossible to talk to a human caring person. Cannot cancel service via internet, cannot get human on phone ever. Working with a dependable local company keeps our business in the valley. I do not recommend as a rule. read more

Hi! Thank you guys for servicing my alarm. As always, you guys provided excellent service.

Carlos and his team installed my security cameras a couple of years ago and I have been completely satisfied with the equipment and service. I would highly recommend them for all your security needs. read more

I would not use this company. He installed the system and cameras at my moms place. He seemed so nice and helpful at first. His service after the installation changed. One of my moms cameras never worked. I called and they could never fix it. Asked him again to return after 1 year of it not working and he said he would show up on a certain morning. He never showed, never called and refused to answer his phone. Very poor customer service. Looking for a new company read more

First off let me start off by saying that this ADT team is so amazing. From the very beginning all the way through to the set up and installation they made sure we were fully informed on the pricing and how to set the alarm system and all that good stuff. They made sure we were getting the best price newest system and the best offer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking into getting a security system for their new place. A+ work guys, thanks. read more

I highly recommend Daniel and ADT for your alarm services they were kind very professional and explained everything very thoroughly.

THE BEST experience I could possibly think of start to finish with getting an alarm system going on my house. I actually preferred (after 3 ADT system set ups at previous homes) working with Carlos, due to the fact that he helped me set up the system in detail to best work for me, vs. ADT that just sets you up and tells you options but doesn't actually help you set them up. Carlos was on time, had great communication, attention to detail, extremely thorough, and a pleasure to work with. THANK YOU Carlos! Can't recommend him enough 6 stars! ! Don't call ADT, call Advanced Home Connect! read more

Highly recommended, without hesitation. I found Advanced Home Connect through ADT's authorized dealer program. I checked AHC's website, read online reviews (including those here), and made an appointment through its website. A few days later AHC's owner, Carlos, visited my property. He didn't try to pressure or scare me, and he did not try to upsell me. Carlos simply listened to what I wanted and provided sensible suggestions. He's unquestionably knowledgeable and professional. He followed up with a very reasonable estimate and I hired AHC. A week later, Carlos installed the system himself, and he explained all aspects including how to use the touchscreen and the app. He is also an extremely decent human being, whom I was more than happy to do business with. I'd hire him again and would easily recommend him without reservation. A final note: I am a long-time ADT customer with systems at other properties. I asked ADT Corporate both by phone and in person for quotes on my new system and if there were any discounts given my history as an ADT customer, and both ADT Corporate estimates, even with purported discounts, were more expensive than what AHC quoted me for the exact same system. I chose AHC over ADT Corporate, not just on price, but on my positive experience with Carlos and the strength of the customer relationship I felt I could build with AHC as a locally-owned and operated authorized dealer for ADT. I'm glad I did. read more
