After speaking with a few companies we decided to go with LivSmart. Chris and Rodrigo are amazing. They are both pretty responsive and Chris was extremely helpful when it came to getting answers. Trizhya was easy to work with and returned phone calls in a mostly timely manner. I will say that the office staff needs some work as they weren't very helpful - it's hard to be helpful when phone calls aren't returned or even answered for that matter. Scheduling was a bit of an issue as on more than one occasion, a solar tech was sent to our house when no one was home and while our electric panel was locked (Sorry but I'm not going to leave my panel unlocked, especially when no one is home but my dogs). Also, the solar tech left a tool on our roof after installation which I'm not really sure how as most contractors tend to check to make sure all their tools are intact. Overall, our system seems to be working fairly well (I had to get Rodrigo to help explain how to use/read the Enlighten app). Hopefully if any problems arise in the future, there will be better communication with the office staff and no scheduling issues.

Worse, while attempting to work on the third door, he broke a bolt inside the lock and damaged the internal mechanism. After four and a half hours of frustration, he gave up and still overcharged me--leaving me with a door that wouldn't lock and a bigger problem than I started with. That's when NV Locksmith--and specifically Soloman--came to the rescue. Soloman scheduled a visit promptly, arrived on time, and thoroughly inspected the broken lock. Within 30 minutes, he had assessed the damage and fixed what the previous locksmith had broken. His professionalism, efficiency, and expertise were evident from the moment he started. I was so impressed with his work that I immediately scheduled him for another project the following week. If you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing and takes pride in doing it well, I highly recommend NV Locksmith and Soloman in particular.
