Everything went well with the sales guy and I think the whole thing is of great value, my disappointment was with the attitude of one of the installers who gave me nothing but short answers and simply did not want to talk to me. He said a couple of times that he needs to finish his job and that if I had questions to call the office or the sales rep... Well I JUST found out that on that particular day, the guy in question, his dog passed away and he was devastated. I now feel bad for even confronting him or bringing it up again.. Anyway, overall, I am excited about especially the savings that I am hopefully going to see and obviously being part of the green future of the world

LivSmart is honestly just a horrible company overall. We decided to go with them because I knew…read moresomeone who worked for the company, so I trusted that we'd be taken care of. Our inverter broke back in March, and the only reason we even found out was because we noticed our energy bill had been unusually high for the past few months. We called on August 3rd and were told the replacement part would take 5-7 days to arrive. It's now August 10th, and we haven't received a single call, update, or follow-up from them. I've tried calling four times this morning, and no one has even answered the phone. After looking through their Yelp and Google reviews, it's pretty clear that this isn't an isolated experience. At this point, it honestly feels like they just don't care about their customers once they have your business. Really disappointed with LivSmart and the way they've handled this entire situation.
