Some of the cameras are at 12 FPS, and I cannot adjust to a faster speed. Suggestion: Go to Best Buy and tell them what you are looking for. Another option is to go online. This is three years in the making. I tried. This business is the bottom of the barrel. I would rather give a 0 rating. The owner, Ronny, knew I was not satisfied, but he did nothing unless I forked over another $89. Whatever he says in response to this review, I'm not buying. I'm a senior. This guy duped me. In one of my last emails to Nick I said "So we don't know if this will take days, weeks or months?" and Nick's response was "Unfortunately, I don't know for sure". Is this on Nick? Probably not as he said he was following up with his programmer. So, who is responsible for providing customers with good customer service? And why couldn't we get an estimated time frame? If you don't even know if it will take days, weeks or months then there is a problem with company processes.

Then he did the job halfway right. When I told him it was unacceptable, he said "I don't know what you want me to do?" to which I replied "fix it, if you can't fix it let's call someone you can." (Please note, the fix required drilling a straight hole, but he drilled it sideways or not far enough and couldn't push the plug sensor in). My best words of advice for this company: You need to take pride on what you do. Your attitude is reflected in your work. Poor attitude=poor work.
