My recommendation for future business practices with alarm companies like SAS Alarms. Read all of the terms and conditions of the conditions of the agreement before you sign any agreement. Any questions you have or doubts don't sign until you get advice from a professional it will save you money and time. You may find that you more responsibility to be in compliance with alarm companies terms and conditions than you expected. Clauses like the company is not responsible for any verbal promises made by employees. The credit application is not only a credit worthiness. It can be used against future credit ratings if not fully in compliance or back out of the contract for unforeseen reasons or dissatisfaction. Watch your credit card charges you many be charged for services even as I was which can result in a credit card dispute. Do not rely on the office manager or billing clerk to correct anything you think is wrong. Above all remember you cannot rely on verbal promises it changes as much as the weather in Las Vegas. If you cancel your system, your fault their fault or not satisfied the service. Keep in mind that credit application it can be used against you in unfavorable credit reporting. A question never asked, does anyone have power of attorney over your actions the answer is YES. My daughter and the point of contact for any emergencies that may arise. Any future comments or concerns may addressed to her. Brian Laffery is the sales representative who initialed the agreement on the inactive alarm system in my home. He did a through floor plan agreed to my terms to keep the current system in place and have the installer check the all circuits to insure they were still active and install a new attachment to the current panel box for $99 dollar install with $49.50 up front $49.50 upon completion using my credit card. My questions was there a requirement for a credit application on the original only and why didn't appear on my copy?? Why did Brian never consult with me on the reverse side of the additional terms and conditions of the agreement. Which may have been a factor in accepting or rejecting the S&S agreement. Side didn't notice it for months after signing it with a friend point it out to me? Installer took about 20 minutes to install an attachment to the Control Panel. I pointed out all the window, movement and door circuits, inside screamer. outside bell which notifies neighbors since it my be ancient to the young installer. I request a new battery for the control panel, and couldn't remember the last it was replaced and didn't want a communication breakdown!! I was told by the installer that the office manager/billing clerk it was $59 plus tax which had to be paid upon install??? Why would a battery be charged against a if a completing new system for $99 same billing clerk charge $199 for install to my credit card Disputed with credit card company had one other isse with another credit on the account Is currently inactive with a new credit card pending. Issue of a password, some how after checks of the system technician set up the security password to this system not Brian, with in Bold Letter Attention is directed to Conditions on the Reverse Side and had me back date it 3/4/2026. More than a questionable business practice!!! I am awaiting a response from your company with a detailed explanations of each of your business practices. No accredation with the Better Business Bureau and which can be referred to the AARP Nevada stop Scams and Fraud hot hotline!

NO STAR ! Liberty Locksmith LV is fake the Address Is 100% Fake No locksmith Store DO NOT USE THIS Locksmith SAVE YOURSELF PLEASE!!!!!!!! The short version - if you get locked out don't waste your time calling these guys. Couldn't open a cheap Walmart handle lock (not even a dead bolt) and tried to upsell me. Longer version - Ended up disappointed and out $385.00. I locked my keys inside accidentally locking the $45.00 door lock. The locksmith showed up, literally spent 8 seconds on the lock and giving up asking if I wanted to pay extra for a more expensive method of getting in. He claimed he couldn't "go deeper" without damaging the lock. He genuinely acted surprised when I said no bad locksmith!! read more

I was stranded at Walmart after loosing my keys with my infant, I called liberty locksmith and the call taker told me that David will be there within 30 minutes, believe it or not after 10 minutes David the locksmith called me and said he is in the parking lot looking for me. He was polite and professional and told me since it's cold to go to his car while he's going to make me a new key, 15 minutes later he finished the job and charged me fair price for his work To sum it up, this is the best company in town and the most professional technicians I've ran into in the few times I needed a locksmith service David if you read it, THANK YOU! read more

Joe is an absolute pro. Our building dates back to the 80s, which means we're dealing with some seriously "vintage" hardware and temperamental locks. Joe didn't just fix them; he actually knew the history behind them! It was a tricky job - He quickly rebuilt one original lock and matched a second one to it perfectly. We had three keys that had been copied so many times they barely worked. Joe managed to create new copies that actually fit! He made a complicated job look easy.
