First, I just want to say the employees are the kindest people ever. You can tell they love their business, and it just made me want to keep supporting them! Luckily, they have an incredibly scrumptious product to support. The sundaes - WOW. All I can say is wow It was just so tasty. The ice cream is phenomenal. So many toppings!! I can't wait until I get to go again. I was also very impressed by their outdoor space. Very family friendly with toys and lots of places to sit. A top place in the Triad!

We ended up waiting about 30 minutes. They had decorated the outside with Harry Potter-themed decorations, which made the wait more enjoyable. It was fun looking at everything while we were in line. I was originally planning to order something from their regular menu but since they still had their Harry Potter-themed sundaes, I decided to try the Butterbeer Sundae (with a light amount of whipped cream). It was really good! My son ordered the Bailey Banana and he really enjoyed it as well.

Every time we have come they have always been so nice and our drinks and ice cream are always delicious! My go to drink is the Carolina dirty soda, which is a cheerwine with vanilla and pineapple syrups, and coconut creamer. Absolutely 10/10 will always recommend. To switch it up I will also get the classic dirty soda, a Diet Coke with lime juice and coconut creamer, from time to time as well. Another 10/10. On our recent visit I also got an ice cream special they were doing for the month of June, Summer Camp Chaos. Toasted marshmallow ice cream with brownie pieces and graham crackers, topped with marshmallow and caramel drizzle. I did sub peanut butter drizzle for the caramel drizzle as a peanut butter lover and wow was it a game changer. This was such a good ice cream flavor for summer!

From the moment you walk in, the vibe is cool and welcoming, with plenty of comfortable seating both indoors and out. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. And the baked goods? There were so many incredible-looking options that I already know we'll have to come back and work our way through the menu. But that cinnamon roll stole the show. It was warm, soft, and perfectly chewy, with just the right amount of icing. Sweet enough to be delicious without being overly sweet. We'll absolutely be making this a regular stop every time we pass through Winston-Salem. If you're anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop in. And get the cinnamon roll.

I ordered the traditional cinnamon roll and a sea salt chocolate chip cookie. The cinnamon roll had really good flavor, especially the frosting and dough, and I thought the cinnamon-to-roll ratio was perfect. It was served slightly warm, but I did find the roll to be a little dry. The cookie, however, was easily my favorite. The combination of chocolate chips and sea salt was so good that I would honestly go back for a dozen cookies before getting another cinnamon roll. The customer service was pretty standard and not particularly personable, but the food was the main reason I stopped in. Overall, I enjoyed trying the spot, and that cookie definitely gave me a reason to come back.
