The Jamocha Almond Fudge Shake is always a winner and we were a big fan of the Chocolate Mousse Royale as it was super silky and smooth, but the Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream Bar was just okay - I enjoyed it, but I didn't taste very much pistachio or crunch. Even when there are long lines to order, the wait is never long because the shop manages to prepare drinks in under five minutes. The menu offerings are pretty standard, and you can't go wrong with the fruit teas. My only guidance is to order them at 0% sweetness because the fruit flavorings are very sweet on their own. There is limited seating inside and outside, but it seems like most customers order their drinks to-go (campus is across the street, and downtown Davis is a couple of blocks away). Even with new boba shops opening in Davis all the time, I still go to RareTea for the consistency and convenience.
