We gave them 7 opportunities over the course of an entire year to come out and fix the issue and each time their "fix" made the leaks worse. They gaslighted us consistently saying the roof wasn't the problem and had us chasing down other issues like tuckpointing, plumbing, sliding door replacements etc and nothing helped. The damage eventually got so bad that we needed a restoration company to come open up the ceiling in 3 rooms. We finally hired a second company to do another full replacement and haven't had a single issue since then. TAR refused to take any accountability or refund us any money. All told we are out over $40,000 thanks to TAR.

I initially wanted to do gutters only and he told me I was better off waiting until I was ready to do the roof also. So I waited a year and then went back to get a renewed quote. Tom honored the pricing on the original quote, even though it was a year later, was very honest with me about what I did and did not need (even recommending not adding certain improvements because it didn't work for my roof instead of charging me for things I didn't need). Communication was excellent the entire time (he kept me updated, his crew came when he said they would), the price was very affordable, and the quality of the roof and gutters was great. Jeff was up front that he was not likely to be able to work on such gutters. Nevertheless, he graciously took the time to come over and assess the situation.
