To preface this review, I'm not one to make things up or to make bad reviews for the sake of making a bad review. I know people make mistakes but its important for people to own up to mistakes and do whats ethically correct. Here's my story with Agent Image. I wanted to upgrade my website, so I reached out to Agent Image to see how they could accommodate my specific needs. From the very beginning, I made it very apparent that I needed my website to be integrated with chime in its entirety. And I needed it to be completely functional in every way in order to maintain the critical areas of my CRM and business. After many months of hard work, and giving them everything they needed from all pictures to all the copy for the content, the site was launched. Once it was launched it was obvious the site was not compatible with my Chime CRM and the functionality of the CRM and the website was not compatible. This was very disappointing. If I cant utilize the website with my CRM, it has no functional purpose. Because of how I made it very CLEAR from the beginning that it had to be completely functional with my CRM, I thought it was perfectly understandable for me to ask for a refund. They rejected my request due to the site being delivered. Very vague reasoning. I'm extremely disappointed and I don't think anyone should deal with a company that will say things that are not entirely true just to get a sale. read more

I never leave bad reviews (I think this is my first one, actually). But, I am leaving one here in hopes of helping other agents before making their decision for website design. WARNING: this company is just terrible. Don't even consider them! My real estate team needed a new website that is captivating, sleek, up-to-date, and one that integrates with our CRM and MLS. Agent Image does all of this, but what we quickly learned is that there are many hidden fees that are not disclosed up front. Not to mention, their customer service team is basically nonexistent. Either that, or they just don't care about their clients. Once our contract was signed, it was as if a switch was flicked. Responsiveness to our emails was unacceptably slow. Phone calls went unanswered. Text messages were "left on read" (literally). Once they had our money, they clearly didn't care about our goals anymore. Agent Experience left us feeling unimportant, unprioritized and essentially scammed. They took over $2K from us. After three months (yes, three months - after we were told 3-4 week turnaround) of ZERO progress, ambiguous contracts and unanswered questions, we got our money back through a dispute with our bank. Thank God all of our communication was in writing via email. That's what saved us. There are many other options for web designers out there. Please do not even remotely consider Agent Image for a SECOND. You'll save yourself a very large headache. read more

I can't see ever using this company in the future (we had to use another option for our company web site after over 6 months of dealing with Agent Image and having paid them in full) and could not recommend Agent Image. Almost a year and $11,000 later, I still don't have a functioning website. I honestly can't decide if it's astounding incompetence, post-Covid laziness and disorganization, or just a scam. In reality, I don't even have a single complete page for a website. I was originally promised a custom site to meet our needs. Instead, everything that has been provided to date has been either the original company template I liked (which, amazingly, even that is incomplete and buggy) or a direct line for line ripoff from a competitor's website (same layout, same text, same images). Even the placeholder "reviews" have been ripped line for line and still mention my competitor by name. I've had an independent designer review the site and suggest that potentially as little as 15 hours of actual work has been done in 10 months. He suggested that it's a copy and paste "no coding required" type outfit because it doesn't appear that anyone actually knows how to design and build out a website beyond the initial templates. Emails frequently take a week or more to be responded to. At this point it honestly seems like I'm going to have to sue them and contact the Secretary of State because it's increasingly seeming like I was defrauded. This is possibly the worst business decision I've ever made. It honestly seems like they're more committed to their own SEO and flooding the internet with content promoting their business than actually doing the work they're being paid to do. read more
