I do not recommend this company. This is my direct experience with Agent Image: They have a high pressure sales pitch wherein they promise all sorts of greatness, but they don't deliver. The designers have to have their hands held. You have to constantly correct their grammar and spelling issues. You have to keep following up. It's all far more time than it's worth. In addition, the same hosting and design system (Wordpress) is commonly used by a TON of far lower priced providers. Although the initial contact with the company was positive, and I like the results of the website, as soon as they deem the site "finished" they disappear! When problems come up with IDX or hyperlinks to other pages it takes weeks to get them to answer an email inquiry. I just spent one hour trying to reach them on Monday to ask for assistance to making some alterations to the way the site was not working. I would not recommend them in any way-only find some other company that knows about customer service. read more

This company might set up a nice-looking site, but expect all communication to end there. If you try to email support, they will not respond to you. If you call and leave messages, they will not respond to you. You might be lucky to get website changes done within a month time-frame. Unfortunately, that is not acceptable to the people I work for (or me). I am constantly worrying that someone will see that our website is not updated and infer that I'm not doing my job. I started ccing everyone I know at Agent Image to try to help resolve issues; however, I still can't get a timely response from anyone. When someone DOES finally respond, expect your changes to be 30% completed, at best. Then you will have to go through the entire process of trying to get someone to respond AGAIN. Unlike other 100% do-it-yourself website systems, I have found the customer service at Agent Image very helpful. They answered all my questions about how to use the website and also helped me personalize the design a bit (even though it is a template!) TIP: If you are expecting something that you can customize completely, expect to pay $$$. I am a firm believer in the saying, "You get what you pay for." My first website was done with Agent Image back in 2006 when they had a really solid team working for them. Since I was pleased with their work, I decided to hire them for a more customized site in 2010 - basically a re-work of my existing company website. That's when I realized that the personnel must have changed. It took over a year to get the site done since things that were supposed to get accomplished along the way, never seemed to materialize. I was promised in the sales call that they could accomplish all of my goals for the site, but then once production began, I was told it would be impossible to complete my vision. Needless to say, I was frustrated. With many friends who are attorneys, I felt that the only way to get my website done was to get my money back and take the project elsewhere. Then, Ace Hain came into the picture and from that point on, the "impossible" became possible! Ace was able to turn a horrible situation into a process that had good communication, was responsive to my requests, and followed through on the promises made for the website. I believe that Ace truly has the vision that this company originally impressed me with. If it wasn't for how Ace "saved the day" I would've moved forward with a lawsuit. However, his work ethic, commitment to delivering on the promises initially made and the ongoing customer support are what have made my current website what it is - and also made me a customer that would now recommend Agent Image to others. The initial sales pitch is a lie. If you ignore my advise and give them money, expect months and months before they actually make any effort to build your site. Be prepared to call daily and nag and nag and nag. FYI, you are paying monthly fees that whole time. I designed everything about my site. provided all photos and everything. Remember in the sales pitch how they do that? Well they don't. Be prepared for your site to never be updated. Be prepared to sit on hold for 65 minutes. Be prepared for any repair to take months and that is ONLY if you have the time and energy to write and call them daily. Be prepared for service decreases and increase in fees right away. Me thinks part of the pitch. They promise much, deliver very little. Be prepared for your site to be down or non functioning weekly, and sometimes daily. When this happens you will not get a response. I email all my clients MLS links so they don't need to use my site. Pretty dumb since that is what a website should do. When there are updates in technology, you will NOT get the benefit of those. Your site will be behind the times severely. They only started making sites mobile 2 years ago! Oh, but unless you pay for a huge upgrade, you won't get that. Buy a site from anyone else and you will get a better product and better service. read more

My experience was awesome all the way from the salesperson, to the process, to the launching of my website. I told them that this was going to be my first time doing something like this, and they walked me through everything. They gave me a questionnaire to fill out, a design team to put my ideas together, and they showed me exactly how to work my website when I was finished. I had a lot of questions, and they were always very great at responding to me whenever I needed help. I would definitely recommend them. The only thing is, it's NOT cheap. They make some pretty high quality websites (oh trust me, I did my research. Those guys on Bravo TV. Sites that get awards for design. Etc.) but hey... you get what you pay for.
