I reached out, and Roni showed up within an hour with a smile and ready to work. He immediately knew what needed to be done. After some tough maneuvering, he was able to remove the broken locking mechanism and replace it. In about 30 minutes, the door was fully operational again. Roni was attentive, polite, and incredibly skilled -- all while our two dogs barked and ran around. The value he delivered was exceptional: fast response, expert work, and a fair price. We'll be adding him to our list of trusted vendors we recommend. If you have any lock issues, call Roni. He did an amazing job getting us back up and running.

We needed a locked replaced. We arranged to have him at our home in one hour. He was prompt. Extremely friendly. Chatted with my husband. Worked efficiently, neatly. When he finished my husband asked him about re-keying a couple of our other locks. What would be the price, when could we schedule? He gave us a quote. We agreed. He re-keyed those locks right then. His phone number is definitely in our phones. We also found out he had re-keyed our new neighbors home. This really is a great small business. Thanks Roni!!

I called around to quite a few locksmiths that did automotive keys and Acoma won me over for the friendly and honest customer service that Mario provided over the phone. It didn't hurt that they also offered the best price. Now car key prices vary depending on how complicated your key is, but I was able to get 2 duplicate car keys and an extra key fob done at Acoma for $240 total. One place I had called previous wanted to charge me $220 per key! Even more than the price, I was really impressed with how this business treats its customers. Mario was friendly and accommodating from the get-go, service was prompt (I think I was there for maybe 30 minutes to have all 3 items programmed to my car?). My new car keys work perfectly, and I'm incredibly happy to have not 1 but 2 spares in case of emergency. I'll be recommending Acoma to anyone who needs automotive keys done. Thank you Mario!

He arrived in 30 min and it took him 2 min to unlock the door. For that it was totaly worth 5 stars, now why I only gave 4 stars... I asked if he'd take less for cash and he said "No" it's $115. I'm put off because if you want to make a base price of $115 then adjust your quoted base prices to make that much. You could have told me it was the base price I was quoted and I probably would have given you the $100 bill with the extra $20 as a tip. Instead you threw out a random number higher than what I was quoted for a base 2 min job and wasn't friendly about the exchange because I negotiated the price.
