Great, responsive service. Got to us quickly and solved our problem. Than you. !!!!!!!!!

Sean was excellent! We got locked out of our new home and they called us back within minutes of reaching out on Yelp. Fifteen minutes later Sean was here and he was fast and efficient. Excellent company with excellent employees! read more

Super responsive, friendly, fast, and not as expensive as I feared. They got us into the house when we accidentally stranded our senior pup inside! read more

I recently used Mason's Mobile to make a duplicate key and remote. Tony responded very quickly, came same day, and was very kind. They also worked with me on pricing. Highly recommend. read more

Mason is very responsive. We had three locks rekeyed, including the replacement of a handle lockset that had no key. He was thorough, and spent a great deal of time getting done right, and well. There was no additional charges for the extra time spent. We hope he is around for a long time. read more

We locked our car keys in the trunk of a rental 2023 Toyota Camry. Alamo couldnt open the trunk, and didn't know how, but was aware of this issue. I had to call for a local locksmith to solve the issue and pay for it- shame on Alamo! But Masons said could do it. He came, he saw, he conquered. Solved issue quickly and we got to the airport on time. Recommend highly!!! Fair price and saved our trip. read more

Was able to schedule an appointment quickly, good communication on keeping appointment time. Decent price, got a re-key/match done quickly. Thanks! read more

Good guy, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, easy to work with, will even tell you how you might be able to do something without having him come out, that's the sign of honesty read more

Way to expensive. Left a big mess on the floor and door. Will never use again. No quote given and after installing a dead bolt and rekeying lower lock he charged $1200. read more

Amazing service, willing to work with me and get my vehicle unlocked with no damage and super efficient timing. Highly recommended

I misplaced the keys to my shed & reached out to Mason by email. 10 minutes later he responded with an estimate, 30 minutes later he was at my house & 15 minutes later I was in the shed. The lockset was old so I replaced it this evening & Mason said if I had any issues with adjustments to give him a call & he would be happy to help. I would absolutely use him again with service like this!! read more

My sister in law bought a new home. This is a miracle as she was swindled out of her old home by a Facebook scammer. We used Mason to rekey the locks and he came out promptly and completed the work proficiently at a very fair price. He also helped make some adjustments beyond the job. Great guy, good service and fair price. read more

Thanks Mason for coming out same day and rekeying all of the locks on my new house. You were professional, incredibly nice, efficient, and I even learned a few things! I'll be sure to reach out when I'm ready to step up my lock set up in the house. Thanks again for taking care of me before the holiday weekend! read more

Mason knew exactly what to do with which tools to use to open our upright rifle safe after the key was locked inside! He showed up on time and was finished within 45 minutes. He left the safe usable, no serious damage (except to our ego for locking the key inside). read more

Planned for them to come and change locks in new house. Never showed. Called and he never wrote down appointment. His boss stated he would come right away but went and saw 2 more customers and I called him and he was still 20 minutes away. I said forget it. read more

Mason did a fabulous job. Finished quickly and everything worked great and was priced well. I couldn't have asked for a better service call.

Fast and friendly! It was the first place I called and they immediately handled my situation.

Timothy did a great job with our requests. He was professional, friendly, and did all the we requested. We would definitely request Timothy for all our locksmith needs. Thank you Mason for Timothy. Great employee. Bill read more

I needed a broken front door that would not open from the outside sometime but would open from the inside handle. I thought eventually we would be locked out. I oiled the handle & this did not fix the problem. I called Mason's Mobile Locksmith, told him what I had so he could bring something if needed. He came quickly, figured out why the outside handle was getting worse. He figured out what was wrong quickly, and made a fix. He also gave me a good free tip on making our house safer. Friendly and a good guy! Solved my problem quickly! read more

I was recommended call Mason from Ace Hardware. My car key has been misplaced and he was able to facilitate getting a new key made for my European car. read more

Great service! On time, very professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Masons mobile locksmith.

Quick to respond but the first person wasn't familiar with my style of lock and couldn't complete the job. Owner quickly took care of this himself. I didn't know enough about these locks to advise them in advance so this is my fault, not theirs. read more

The guy is incredible. He came out after 10pm and within a couple of minutes did what my Triple A guy couldn't do in 2 hours. He's the locksmith Messiah! King of locksmiths, LOL! read more

Was very impressed with Mason's Mobile Locksmith. Bryan answered the phone within a ring or two, and was very straight to the point - I gave him my address and he arrived in ~25 minutes. He got the car open in ~60sec flat!! Super nice guy. He saved me this morning!! read more

Wayne of Mason's Mobile Locksmith was friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. He provided a backup smart key for our 2010 Grand Cherokee, having the correct blank and programming tool in his service vehicle. Outstanding value: the dealer wanted $400 for a duplicate smart key. Mason's provided a better quality smart remote key at a fraction of dealer price, at my location. I highly recommend this company! read more

On time and answers phone great service overall and highly recommend them when you are in a pinch .

Locked myself out of my truck at the library. Mason's employee was there in under 15 minutes! Fair price, fair trade, well done! Thank you so much. read more

Mason took a difficult task and quickly fixed the problem. He is professional and very reasonably priced..highly recommend him.

They came out on a Sunday. I appreciate the quick response and sympathy that was given. Nothing is more frustrating than having your child lose a key to their car (especially when they depend on it for work). I was able to work with the tech while my son was at work to get a new key made and programmed. I'm pretty sure it's not how the tech planned on spending his Sunday afternoon, and there was no up charge for weekend service. read more

Awesome guy and service. Reached out via e-mail, got a quick response and we coordinated on a time via text. He came the next day and installed a smart lock, 4 more locks, and re-keyed everything for our new home. Reasonably priced as well. Couldn't have been more pleased, and will use Mason again. read more

1 star for: - severely overcharging - deceptive sales practices by not informing me of the price until after he had unlocked the car I replaced a broken window on my vehicle earlier this year for $75, so when I locked my keys in my car at 10 am this morning I figured a locksmith would charge about that same amount or less to get the door open. I was in Colorado Springs when I locked myself out, so it didn't take long for him to drive to where I was, and in about a minute he had the door open. After this, he informed me that he was charging me $175. This man is lucky I started going to church because the only cheek I wanted to turn was his - with my fist - and to drive off. Had he informed me prior to opening the door how much he was going to charge I would not have accepted his service. I could have literally broken a window to get into my car and replaced it for less. Take your business elsewhere to someone that works honestly and for a much more reasonable price. read more

Overall they did a great job! They responded very quickly and even when I needed to male a change, they were accommodating but they were like 40 mins late which is why I took one star away. The guy who came out was great and helpful and besides having to wait extra time for them I would still use them again although I hope I don't need too read more

Excellent customer service and a great experience with Mason. Mason has a vast knowledge of locks from all ages, and can adjust on the spot to accommodate your (read my) whims. Our new 'old house' is secure!! read more

Locked myself out of my apartment late at night and they were able to send Thomas to Woodland Park within a very reasonable time and took only a minute at most to get the door open and even checked my ID and verified that I in fact lived there before just opening the door. He was quick friendly and professional. Thank you! read more

One of Mason's technicians did my call. Very friendly and extremely professional. As it was a holiday weekend and they showed up an hour after my call, I was prepared to be price gouged. I was not. When they told me the price I was amazed how honest and fair it was. The tech was very gentle removing the column. No mess no fuss. These guys rock. Painless experience. I highly recommend these guys if you need mobile assistance. I was in a world of hurt, and they solved my problem FAST. read more

We really appreciated Anthony's enthusiasm and professionalism! Thanks for the help! Would hire again!

I called Mason's Mobile Locksmith to rekey 6 of the original locks in our home built in the late 1950's. Even though I was located outside their standard work area, they were able to book me immediately to have the work done a few days later. Luckily they appreciated the classic locks and wanted to rekey them rather than replace them. Because these were old non-standard locks it took a lot of extra work but they took care of it without any complaints/issues. A few days later one of my repaired locks had an issue and they immediately scheduled a return visit and repaired it at no charge. Working with Nick from Mason's was simple and pleasant. Communication was very good and they were always on time. They really do care about customer service and I would definitely recommend them. read more
