Waste of to going to address on website Called and got extremely rude lady on phone Needs to take customer relations course read more

Henley closed their decades old Boulder St. downtown location "some time ago" . So that address on their website is bogus. Apparently, they only do mobile service now...I paid for parking and found their former place of business vacant. Dang...the customer is always the last to know! read more

The downtown location is still open. They moved around the corner in the alley. Amazing place with knowledge and skill rarely seen anymore.

These guys are great! They have excellent service and low prices. Only charged me $5 to pop a lock, compared to 3 other locksmiths that wanted $80-$100 for the same job! Highly recommended! read more

J.D. came to unlock my home after my battery-operated TouchPad was inoperable. J.D. went after 4 doors to unlock and on the 4th door he successfully got access to my home. Much appreciate the determination before drilling out a lock. Big Thanks read more

I'm just posting another review on here so I can definitely keep people from using their services and getting ripped off like we did being badly. Overall terrible customer service and service. read more

If I could give Henley's keys 0 stars I would. I have done business off on with this company for over 20 years and referred people to them on a regular basis. I have not used them for the last few years but needed their help today. The front office lady was extremely rude disrespectful to me and several of my work associates. One of which was standing right in front of her and she chose to be disrespectful and rude. She was caught in several lies with not only one the person in front of her but the purchasing department on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I will no longer send anyone to this vendor!!!!! read more

This place has horrible customer service! The office manager is the worst; I do not understand why she is still employed. She was not only rude but was caught in multiple lies. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY!!! read more

The supervisor D.J. really saved the day!! We moved from Nashville to Colorado Springs and the lock core on the back of our moving truck popped out and locked the door shut!! After a minute of inspecting it, he was able to pop the lock off and we had access to our truck again. A true professional, and service with a smile!! Thank you guys! read more

An old time Locksmith shop, staffed by friendly and helpful staff. Get your keys here! Worth stopping by just to see all the cool stuff.

I called Henley's because I had an issue with someone trying to break into a laundry room at an apartment building. I told them I wanted it secured with a metal plate across the opening (can be purchased at Home Depot). They came out and told me they could not install this and I needed a contractor. They then want charge me for a service call and labor charge when they didn't do what I asked them to do. This place is ridiculous and I will never use them again. read more

These guys rock! I took my wife's car to Freedom Honda because the key wouldn't turn in the ignition. Freedom Honda told me it would cost $540 to "rebuild" the ignition tumbler. This seemed outrageous so I called Henley's. Ended up paying $100! You read that right, $100. Great local business that has been around for decades. read more

I'm not sure if the public know but this is much more than a lock/key and safe store. They are the best knife sharpening company in Colorado. I bring my knives down from Denver 2-3 times a year just for their sharpening. read more

These guys are the only ones in town who could figure out how to open an antique wooden crate without damaging it. It says a lot when I contacted two other locksmiths, both of whom told me to call Henley's. They did the job and made me a new key in minutes (at a reasonable price) where the others couldn't do it at all. read more

Henley's saved me $169.38 on a new keyless entry fob and programming. I lost one of my fobs to my Lexus IS 350. Two dealerships quoted $510.83 to replace and program the fob. Both the dealerships and Henley's ordered the original manufactured fob online. Henley's charged $341.45 saving me $169.38. I would have thought the fob was expensive from Henley's if I had not already received a quote from the dealerships. You bring your car and the fob in when the new fob is programmed and the valet key cut. I recommend an appointment with DJ when Henley's programs the fob because DJ is in demand since he is the person with the expertise to program the fob. Thank you Henley's. All my best. read more

Placed an order via phone in late Feb 2023 was told it could take 10-15 days for the FOB to arrive. After waiting the appropriate amount of time I contacted the business and was told they were having shipping issues but the key had been ordered. Called again after another 10-15 days and was told they were still having shipping issues but the key had been ordered. Contacted Henley's on Apr 7 and was informed they needed the FCC code from the FOB...I informed the individual I was speaking with that the order was placed back in Feb and was told the technician I had spoke with back in Feb should have requested the FCC code at that time. Very frustrating to have waited this long only to be told an error had been made. read more

I called to schedule appointment for lock rekey and gate lock installation only to be treated like "we could care less about your business" by the woman answering phone and I might add scheduled me out five weeks. I found another locksmith that came out within 48 hours. I called to cancel and just said I need to cancel appointment and the same woman answers with the smirky attitude "we could care less". She didn't ask if she could reschedule appointment; just the crummy attitude. I would never entrust this business with any work based on their snide female person answering the phones. Talk about running off business. read more

I'm assuming the extremely rude person who interrupted my conversation with two other workers in the store is the owner. He was awful. His employees seem very nice. He never looked me in the eye and told me that he wouldn't help me because it would cost him money. I am under the impression that a business can charge what it needs to charge to make money. I would have paid a lot to have my problem solved. He was not willing to have this conversation. It was clear I was not welcome in the store. I do not know how he stays in business. read more

This review is for the owner, DJ. His other worker who also helped was perfectly nice although very unhelpful. My girlfriend ordered a key fob her her truck about a month ago and was told it would be ready in 5 day to one week. It ended up taking a month and she had to call multiple times for an update. When it was finally ready, they told her to come in to get it programmed. We drove all the way there only to be told that the machines to program it weren't working and that we wouldn't be able to come in for another several days. Since this took so much longer than we were told, we asked for a refund (reasonably). DJ didn't even come out initially to apologize for the delay or answer our questions and we had to ask for him to come explain why they couldn't give a partial refund since the service had not met our expectations. He just said no, without offering so much as an apology. During the whole converstaions, DJ would not acknowledge me or make eye contact or apologize. He also refused to take responsibility for the delay, blaming it on other factors. We even explained that we are moving in a few days and might not have the key fob in time now. He basically just told us we were out of luck and could only get a refund if we had a receipt even though this is an ongoing/in-progress order with them and they clearly know how mcuh was paid since the order still hasn't been completed. My girlfriend put down what was essentially a deposit, so naturally, I would expect they could refund a deposit without a receipt. DJ even said that a statement from the bank showing the amount wouldn't be enough to get a refund. He just said that was their policy and offered no other solution. I called back shortly after to express my displeasure with their service, and was told that my tone in the shop was "impolite" and that I "interrupted" him and so he decided he didn't need to acknowledge me. Last time I checked, we paid a substantial amount of money for their service which wasn't performed in the window of time they said it would be, and his subjective opinion of my attitude or tone is completely irrelevant to a business transaction. Just another example of being made to feel badly as a woman for simply holding a business accountable to what they said they would do. DO NOT COME HERE. read more

Just had four new locks installed this morning. Terry, the service man, was so friendly and accomplished. The reason for 4 starts is that there were a few glitches along the way, but ultimately the job was finished and, as I said, Terry was a terrific representative of the company. read more

Dependable, great customer service! I've had them help us in the past. Having a business you can count on is everything! Thank you

I called ahead of time to ask if they could cut my key, they said yes we can do it. So I drove all the way down there and they were like, oh sorry we can't. Thanks for the waste of time ya fucklords read more

My 83 year-old mother called me at work, frantic because she had locked herself out of her car downtown. I contacted Henley's and they immediately dispatched someone to help her. They even set it up so that I could pay for the bill, instead of billing my mother. I was just so happy to get such Quick Service and to be working with such empathetic and helpful people. read more

It was inevitable. I lost my second set of keys a year ago, and I kept meaning to get a copy made . . . any one of these days . . . well, I locked my keys in the ignition this week. I've never used a locksmith before, so I checked dexonline.com, and Henley's had received a five star ratiing, so I thought I'd give them a try. It was after 8 PM, so I wasn't sure if they'd be able to come that night. They have an after-hours switchboard, and a nice operator picked up my call. Within 10 minutes she had called a technician, and 20 minutes after that he arrived at my house. Very nice man, very professional, and the keys were out within 15 minutes. He would have copied my key for me right there, but he didn't have the right one in stock. For reference, it cost $60 to get the keys out, and a key copy would have been $6. I fully intend to go down to their main office and get copies made . . . soon . . *before* I lock them in the car again. :P read more

Great work! Reasonable! Highly recommend for your keying needs! I liked the fact that the man who came to our home was in a uniform, his truck had the business signag. read more

Haven't actually bought anything from these guys yet, and will update the review of I do, but I did just stop in and talk to them for a while. They all seem knowledgeable, friendly, and were more focused on giving me advice on where to go / what to get than they were actually selling me anything.. I would recommend taking to these guys if you have any questions about safes, keys, security, etc.. read more

Straight up- Decent people who do a damn good job. These guys have certainly been around the block a few times but they know exactly what they are doing read more

Awesome senior service!!! Key broke in the lock, took lock apart, got the broken piece out; no problem. Problem, "I" should have left it to the professionals; I dropped the deadbolt and the tumblers came out! Sam from Henleys took all the parts, handle and deadbolt and put it back together. Sam's service was so great; and the insight to a yearly maintenance. read more

Was locked out of my home last night and after searching online I came across these guys and saw they have been in business since the 40s. I had read so many bad reviews on lock smith's I wasn't sure what to expect. I was quoted 75 bucks for an after hours call on the north end of town and Mel showed up on time and within the price he quoted on the phone. Very professional and would recommend them to friends and family. read more

Went there to get a key for my son's car. Unfortunately I can't get one until we get permanent plates for the vehicle. However with talking with the lady on the phone and even with the two gentlemen that we spoke to they were very polite and helpful. Considering we were 10 minutes late for our appointment. They were very quick to try and resolve our issue as soon as we walked in. Great Customer Service. Treated us very kindly gave us all our options and the best and lowest way to resolve things. Also got another key while we were there and that was quick as well. Will be going back there again. It's hard to find nice and friendly people now a days! read more

Reasonable pricing & the greatest customer service! D.J. & company provide the most excellent customer service. NOT a good company! I called around 6 a.m. in the morning, and after 3 hours still no one showed up. They have poor customer service, and really did not care if anyone came out or not. No returned phone calls, after I called them the 3rd time. I cancelled and called another lock smith. called Mike's Lock Key in Widefield. He was at my house within 15 min. if me calling him...go figure. I will NEVER recommend Henley's to anyone. read more

Fantastic response to my house lockout! Made the call for assistance, gave name, address; within 20 minutes was greeted by Jon. After 3-4 minutes of his expertise, was back in my house. Very professional, courteous, helpful. Very fair pricing considering I live in Security (trip charge, mileage fees?); no, service call charge only. Will highly recommend to family/friends and will use again if needed. Office Rep was very pleasant and helpful also......my sincere thanks! read more

These guys are awesome, they helped move a safe. They were half the price of others and were very professional and responsive.

Went all over trying to find a key service that could copy our travel trailers key. Henley's was prompt, professional, and super friendly. Will go here from now on for keys. read more

The technician was very kind, however, they did not tell me they were going to charge me $60.00 for a service visit on the initial phone call/appointment set up. After the technician told me he was going to charge me the unexpected $60.00, I called the store itself to verify and ask why the service charge was not revealed prior to appointment set up. The receptionist said, "Most people just don't ask..so we don't tell you about it." (ugg) I did ask for pricing on the initial call, but was only told the prices for making the keys themselves.... felt misleading. They were prompt, kind, and gave professional advise... just be aware of the charge when you book an appointment. read more
