If you saw an Instagram video that made you want to come to this place, take my advice and skip it. Because of the hype, we were only able to get a 5 pm reservation, which was fine. Parking was difficult, but the mural on the outside was beautiful as was the rest of the décor in the restaurant. That being said, and at the risk of sounding like a crumply old lady, the place itself is way too loud. Going because you want to scream your favorite songs? This place is for you. Going on a date night or to eat/catch up with friends? This place is not for you. We wanted to order the bird cage cocktail that they shared on their social media- They weren't able to make it. Anything we mentioned from the video was unavailable. Nothing like being cat-fished by a restaurant. The drinks and food we ended up ordering was good, but way over priced. Came here last night Friday 10/17/25 with a friend for drinks and tapas we made reservations for 6:45pm when we arrive we asked if second floor was available to sit in the speak easy and the server Tiara told us they were hosting a private event don't know how true that was I feel like it was a lie. Then at 8:30pm Tiara approached us again and told us we had to leave because she had a 9pm reservation for that table and it was only two of us and the tables around us were empty. I felt like they wanted us out because we weren't dropping money on bottles of patron like the people sitting next to us it was pretty obvious what they did here. We were planning on ordering more drinks before we were asked twice to leave. I have been to many Michelin level restaurants in Miami and NYC and never got treated that way was shocked this local no name bar treated us this way. Will not go back! read more

It was taco Tuesday so I got that. The Birria tacos wasn't on the taco Tuesday menu so I opted for Tinga chicken and shrimp. It had good flavor but the chicken ones were cold so I sent back. Second batch was much better and to my satisfaction. The margarita was good which was on special also. All in all was a good first experience. I went on Friday with a reservation at 7:15 in the lounge that is styled in a speakeasy-esque fashion. Upon entry, me and my friend were quickly greeted by our server and who was kind and mostly attentive. We ordered the Chips and Salsa and Guacamole. We also ordered a Lychee Martini and Margarita as well. Everything was absolutely incredible. After dinner we decided to take a tour of the roof-top as well which was absolutely stunning. This place is a good time for happy hour, dancing, and overall just a good time. It definitely mixes food and party, so yes you will not be able to have a normal tone conversation. I was pleasantly surprised with the food as I thought it would be like most mediocre Mexican spots. However, the chicken and birria tacos were fresh and hot. I was in the mood for a good pina colada but unfortunately they were out of it. The happy hour menu drinks were good, but shots were pricey at $15 a pop. Came here for a date on a Saturday night and sat in their Xaman speakeasy room. It's hidden behind a large mirror door which is a nice touch, although the bathroom is outside of it and the door is quite heavy to move on your own lol. We got three drinks, the beef empanadas, chicken quesadilla, and birria tacos. The lychee martini was good as well as the Mr. Jones, as someone who enjoys sweeter/almondy liquors and dislikes the 'alcohol' taste. The empanadas were a bit too deep fried for my taste and the chicken quesadilla was good, but nothing special. I would probably try something more unique on the menu if I went again! Service was attentive and they bring out a little skull with dry ice in it as a decorative element to your table and pictures. The room is dark, but I enjoyed the ambiance it created. They had a photographer come around and take our pictures. They returned with a framed photo of us, but said it would be $25 so we declined. it felt a bit gimmicky, but otherwise the service and drinks were nice. Came here for dinner and live music. We were able to have dinner upstairs in the speakeasy and loved the atmosphere and vibe. Food was good. Had chicken empanadas, steak tacos, & Oaxaca Bowl. Couldn't say the same today this time around -- this woman was a horrible. The service was horrible -- I raved about this place to be left disappointed and embarrassed -- took us 45 mins to be acknowledge by the waitress who then didn't even introduce her self and just said hi what can I get you. But she had no problem servicing tables with full men rosters or party goers. Was it because we were a family with two children who just wanted the same vibe but didn't bother? Who knows But just because of today I will not be back -- can't even tell you the disappointment when I was excited to introduce this to my family. Smh. Came for Taco Tuesday around 6pm. Ordered margaritas on happy hour for $9, tasty but not strong. Ordered all you can eat tacos but they were underwhelming 5/10. service was absolutely terrible everything took too long. From being able to order a 2nd round of drinks to some cilantro to paying the bill. We waited about 45 minutes to even be able to request the bill and then another 15 minutes to get it back. My friends and I were there for 3 hours but we were ready after an hour and a half. Nice ambience though. There is a DJ that played a good mix of genres but mostly spanish. The food was delicious but we were disappointed that we could only order off the brunch menu, that was not clear on the website that the remaining menu would be unavailable- even the guacamole. Our friends who met us drove about 45 minutes to meet us, so she begged to be able to order some guac and the waiter said that was the only exception. My Friend and I came here cause all nice videos from social media. Saturday 7/5 we choose to take a road trip to this place ( 45 min drive ) I call to make a reservation because weekend are usually full. So i was told i didn't need a reservation for the restaurant and the rooftop. We got there to the rooftop and they host told us we need a reservation don't know why most of the tables were empty. we sat at the bar for a drink ( 30min wait ) and i see people just walking in and getting a table, I spoke to the host and she said its because they have a reservation and explain to her that i was told no reservations were needed. the only thing she said let me see what i can do ( she did nothing and we leave ) I told all this to the host at the front door and didn't care. We're seated between two overhead speakers that blast music non-stop. Two people in our party separately asked them to turn the music down since we could barely hear the person next to each of us. No change in volume. We scream at each other for next 2 + hours. Slow service continues. Waitress stops by every 10-15 minutes. Food arrives. Portions are generous, but quality is average at best. Menu describes huevos rancheros as "runny eggs' I cut mine with a fork the yolk is so hard. Seems like a much better night spot than a day- time dining destination. Planned a 39th bday get together on the rooftop with about 10 friends on a Sunday for their boozy bottomless brunch. We were pleasantly surprised that there was actually a drag brunch planned! It was a hot a$$ day on that rooftop but it was fun and awesome! The music and vibe was great they had a dj playing and about an hour into the party a drag show started. It was fun and entertaining the drag queens were so interactive with us and made my bday even more special! They pulled me up to the front to participate in a dance off and some free shots. I did not participate in the bottomless margarita for $50 or bottomless mimosas for $30 that afternoon but sure plan too! The food choices were a bit limited for brunch but I was able to get the BEST THING I EVER ATE, a birra pizza!!! Holy crap was it so so so so so delicious. I'm planning to get one to go one day it was just that good. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food and loved the whole experience except for the heat lol. The atmosphere was so pretty and colorful. We wanted to try out the speakeasy on the second floor but the queens were using the area for a dressing room. It was a very cool concept though you walk up the 3 floor walk up to the rooftop and on the second floor there's a large life size mirror that you move to enter the speakeasy. A friend booked this reservation for a couples night out. The location was ok, but parking was difficult. We were seated right away on a Saturday night and it wasn't too busy. They don't do menus so we had to scan QR codes on our phone. I had looked at the menu online, and it turns out the menu online is different from the QR code menu. We order drinks and then a woman comes over to take our picture. I figure it's for their social media, however she came back trying to sell us a picture in a frame for $28. Not only was it a terrible photo, but I don't expect some tacky photo take unless I'm at Disney world. The musics so loud the whole time, we are all yelling to be able to hear each other. They then try to sell us on a great DJ coming at 9pm...to Belleville? Our food came and it's OK, definitely just basic food- which for the price I should expect. My Oaxaca bowl really lacked flavor and was watery, I just picked at it and ate at home later since it wasn't worth sending it back. Some people did think their food was better so that's why I gave it a two versus a one. Nice rooftop but overall terrible customer service from the server. Came with a group for Taco Tuesday $20 all you can eat promo. Was seated with a reservation. We even asked the server if the taco deal was tonight and she said yes, but it's $3 per taco... ? We were confused but ordered anyway. So I actually asked her again and she said yes, only for those who make a reservation. We told her we did and she said she'd have to edit our order since she charged full price for our first round of tacos. Okay fine - but she took forever to ever come around to our table. Finally she came back & said her manager couldn't even adjust the prices on our first round of tacos, and said she'd try asking again. She came back and said "Sorry he really couldn't fix it. And by the way, the veggie tacos don't apply to the promo." I understand servers get busy especially on a Taco Tues but it wasn't terribly busy. We only saw her enough to ask for one more round of tacos. I resorted to asking another worker for a side dish and his service was faster than the girl server. She never brought our waters we asked for. Waited a half hour for our check when she said "Oh sorry i thought my corowker brought it to you." Waited again for the check. Overall - her attitude was off putting from the beginning. Like passive aggressive. Her service was wayyyyy too slow. Food was fine. Customer service was 0/10.
