Nice landscape. Practice greens and range.

This is a nice beach golf course. We walked in and we're pleased to get Father's Day special. No need to lug clubs with you. They provided us with a decent set of clubs for average golfer. Course is not hard but fun. This is not a Troon Golf course or Bandon Dunes. It is a clean friendly golf course. It is a long 9 holes and took 3 hours with plenty of chances to hit driver. The beer is cold but r commend bringing a hydro flask. We got pull carts and gladly walked. Easy to walk this course. Fairways left a little to be desired but worth the money and the price. We stayed at Starfish hotels/condos and this golf course was across the street. Four dads got away from the kids and had fun. I highly recommend it for that. There are practice greens to put and chip and a range.

Very fun course. Unfortunately I was only able to play 7 holes because the rain got to a point for which our group just wasn't ready

Thank you for the TV (Ducks game). Great clam chowder and very friendly service. Homey environment. Simple but clean.

This course was built in like 1955, so it is tight in a number of areas. Plenty of opportunities to lose golf balls as the are streams running all around the place and the rough is, well, the rough. One of the holes you have to walk out and see the hole out about 150 yards and guesstimate where you are going as you are about 80 or so feet above the green. A fun course with no frills and plenty of nice scenery. It appears the restaurant is only open certain times of the year as it was closed when I went here. Nice pro shop with friendly help. Give this one a try, but bring plenty of extra balls!

Although there are a few 9 hole courses in the area, Olalla Valley seems to have the most elevation changes. Many of the holes are unique and do not just run back and forth along one piece of land. The lack of bunkers and water hazards (other than the occasional creek crossing) make it playable for golfers of higher handicaps as well. Although it's not as GREEN as some courses, golf isn't supposed to be perfectly manicured. One improvement that could be made is to speed the greens up just a tad and I would throw in a few bunkers here and there, but now I'm just getting greedy. I will be back!

Challenging yet still fun to navigate through. If you're a walker some of the holes from 16 will have you doing a lot of walking through a quiet neighborhood street so if it's your first time, I recommend a cart before walking. The course isn't as immaculate as can be although still fun. The course has some weird orange and white flags sticking out of most holes, the sand traps are pretty much empty and crunchy. The course for the most part is very well marked though and fairways and layout are wide enough that you don't have other golfers cross crossing into your fairways to hit their pins. Most of my deductions came from the awfully rude, condescending and unprofessional pro shop experience I have ever encountered. Rather than Brianna tell us there is an additional charge for a cart seat she aggressively said she can't do it. There is an inconsistency in training from management and just the overall vibe each time we went to the proshop to check in was just a $hitty depressed tone. From the reviews sounds like not much has changed in 12 years. I think I won't be back until there's new management and they turn themselves around into the resort their name claims to be.
