We purchased and installed our bi-fold door from AG Millworks seven years ago, and it has been one of the best investments we've made for our home. With a family of six, pets, and constant traffic in and out, our screen has definitely seen its share of wear and tear over the years. When it was time for a repair, I contacted their service coordinator, Alma. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process effortless. Communication by both phone and email was seamless, and she had us scheduled within a couple of weeks. Javier arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and clearly an expert at what he does. He repaired our screen, and it honestly looks brand new! What really stood out to me is that even after seven years, AG Millworks continues to provide exceptional customer service and stands behind the quality of their products. That kind of long-term support is hard to find these days. I highly recommend AG Millworks to anyone looking for high-quality products backed by outstanding customer service. They have earned a customer for life! If you're debating whether to add the built-in screen, I highly recommend it. We love being able to open the entire door and enjoy the fresh air while keeping the bugs out. It's one of our favorite features and has been well worth the investment. read more

Our AG Millworks bi-fold door had a service issue so I called the dealer we had purchased it from 10 years prior only to find out that dealer had gone out of business. I then reached out to AG Millworks directly in Ventura, CA and they said their technicians come up to Northern California once a month. We made arrangements for them to come and they did as was promised. They had to take one panel of the door back to Ventura so they put up a temporary door and then returned one month later and installed the new door. It was all done efficiently and professionally and I greatly appreciated the help Alma gave arranging these appointments. And we originally purchased an AG Millworks door because it has a screen which we use a lot to keep out flies and bees from our kitchen. All and all we've been very satisfied with the quality and service of AG Millworks. read more

We love our AG Millworks door and our experience with customer service since the installation in 2019. Given how expensive these types of doors are I would strongly suggest going with someone who has good customer service in case there are any issues down the road. It's not something you want to DIY. The door looks great and has held up very well given how often it is used every day. Guests are always commenting on how it really brings our whole house together and we couldn't be happier. Alma and the AG Millworks crew have always been responsive, friendly and professional and I would highly recommend them. read more

The team was amazing and did a great job adjusting and fixing our doors!! They were fast and friendly and made it super easy for us!

We love these folding doors! We were a little disappointed that one panel began to fog between the glass sheets after just 2 years, BUT AG Millworks totally honored the warranty and sent a very quick and efficient tech crew out to change the glass out at no charge. Back to enjoying this amazing way to connect the indoor dining area and outdoor patio! read more

Our folding doors had a problem with the latch and lock. Millworks sent a repair crew who were friendly and efficient. Everything was working perfectly shortly after they arrived. Wonderful service. read more

Do not purchase AG Millworks doors. They do not stand by their product and once your purchase is complete, they are done responding to you. The glass shattered on my bi-fold doors and their response was clear - wait six weeks for a repair person to come out and give me an estimate. Six weeks! They said the warranty was void on the two year old window because I was the second homeowner. No help. No apology. No let me see what I can do. NOTHING. Their customer service person seemed bothered by my calls and couldn't understand why I thought six weeks to wait for an estimate was unacceptable. Bottomline- defective products and poor customer service. Do not give your business to them, you will regret it. read more

I am very disappointed with AG Millworks product, support and customer service. I am writing this review in March, 2017 but I have been trying to have a custom door repaired since Sept, 2016. They refuse to repair the door and since September 2016 my house is unlocked. The first time I had problems with this door lock was 3 months after the installation, they inspected the door and replaced the hardware for a "higher quality" stainless hardware. I explained to the AG Millworks Rep. Tony that my door, does not lock anymore. The hardware is completely corroded and the door is not operating properly, the Oak Interior is getting damaged as well because of water intrusion. Tony (AG Millworks Rep.) had the audacity to tell me that their product is not suitable for beachfront properties, I don't understand why he would sell me and exact the same door to my next door neighbor if the product is not suitable for beach front homes. He was very condescending and I didn't like the way he treated me as a customer specially because I have purchased 3 products (2 doors and 1 picture window) that were manufactured by AG Millworks, and I also refereed their company to my next door neighbor (BTW her door is also broken and doesn't lock). P.S.: This company came to my property once to service my door, they sold the same door to my next door neighbor. Her door was serviced more than once. read more

Do not buy a door from them---the hardware on the door is HORRIBLE. we have rarely been able to actually use the door because the lock freezes and i can't open (or close) the door because the handle won't turn. They refuse to schedule someone to come fix the door, and the customer service is terrible. Spend an extra dollar and go with a different at company--someone that stands by their product. read more

I live in The SF Bay Area and I ordered two sets of 5-panel folding patio doors from a local building supply company - the product looks great and the built in screen works great. Two years goes by and two of the glass panels failed. The product was still under warranty so I contacted them directly. Bottom line is they made it right. They had two gentlemen drive 400plus miles from their factory to fix the glass. They were skilled, professional and cleaned up afterwards. Great job and great follow through and is appreciated. Art Glass folding walls and sliding door products are great quality and the service support has been great. We sell all sorts of different brand sliding doors and folding walls, but a recent service made me appreciate the way they run their program and back their product. Our customer had a small issue with door operation that we were unable to resolve to their satisfaction. Art Glass was prompt in execution of service, kept me and the homeowner informed, and sent me pictures of the resolved issue. Other manufactures have been hard to deal with when we have had any issues, and with other manufactures the time to service was much greater. The communication and confirmation of project completion in the outstanding manner that Art Glass displayed is as good as it gets! Quality, design options and the great service is why we recommend Art Glass as our go to for these type of products. Parry Annis My Window Solutions Inc. Newbury Park, CA read more
