HORRIBLE COMPANY - STAY AWAY. AG Flooring installed brand new flooring in our house. A year after we moved in, the floorboards are all coming loose and moving up and down. We contacted the company. My wife spoke with Irving, who indicated that he was the one who had installed the flooring in our house. He set up an appointment with my wife to come inspect. He didn't show up. We rescheduled. He didn't show up again. Then he stopped responding to text messages and phone calls. And good luck getting in touch with the company at all - their phone system either doesn't function, or if you're lucky enough to get through, you get an outgoing message saying to leave a voicemail... but you can't because their voicemail system is full. I have called 100 times in the last two weeks. What a joke of a company. read more

I hired AG Flooring to clean up, replace 3 interior doors, 2 exterior doors, replace kitchen cabinet doors and paint the entire unit walls, doors and kitchen cabinets. Everything was going well until the final touch up's and cleaning paint off areas that should not have been paint. All that is left is to remove the old washing machine and dryer and paint the bottom of the kitchen cabinets. I have been trying to contact Irving and Adolfo since September 15, 2023. They won't answer my phone calls or text messages. All I want to do is find out when they will finish the job I paid for. So now I have to find another painter to finish painting the kitchen cabinets. And I have to get rid of the old washing machine and dryer. The job was scheduled to be completed in 2 weeks, beginning July 22, 2023. I'm extremely disappointed and I would not use them again or recommend them. read more

There is always some stress when doing a home upgrade BUT they were so knowledgeable and clearly experienced to handle awkward corners and vents. My wife and I want to thank the owners and employees of AG Flooring for the spectacular job they did restoring our parquet floors. After twenty years of living with carpet we had the carpets pulled to reveal the original parquet floor form 1940. AG Flooring sanded, coated and polished the floors and even matched the dark brown, dirty and exposed parquet entry way to the parquet that was under the carpets. Spectacular !!! Amazing !!! Adolfo and his team have wood flooring super powers! The original wood flooring in my 1950 home had been painted brown and had tons of deep stains all over. Not only did they make my floors look amazing but when I needed to add additional flooring they actually had the exact 1inch white oak floors the home builder used in 1950! There is something to be said about family owned/operated businesses. AG flooring went above and beyond for us... They met and far exceeded our expectations. I spoke primarily with Irving, but had the pleasure of meeting his father and family members as well. The ENTIRE CREW is exceptional and the finished product is gorgeous. My wife is opening up a showroom on 3rd/la brea area opening October 1st... and I had the idea to try and cut corners with expenses. Instead of hiring someone to paint/polish the floors I tried to do them myself. Needless to say i really F'ed them up... they look like they were pee'd on after I tried it. Since October is right around the corner we were scrambling to find someone to fix them for us immediately since we had loads of furniture arriving. I called 6 different places... AG flooring was not only very affordable, especially compared to the other places, but they were extremely quick. I must have called and spoke to Irving at around 7pm. He quoted me, and was out the very next morning to the showroom at 8am because he knew of the dillema/time crunch we were in. He gave us a couple different options, wasn't pushy, and was so helpful. His crew was out the next morning and sanded out the pee stain in about 2 hours.. then they repainted the floors a lighter color because I had asked if it was alright. The following morning they got there even earlier to Apply the finishing coat to protect the floors and it looks INSANE. Like crazy awesome. A couple years back AG Flooring replaced my carpet for wood flooring and it was the best decision I could have made. The entire AG Flooring team is wonderful to work with! Adolfo and Irving were very helpful and helped me find flooring that was affordable, but also good quality. They were very honest about pricing and about the quality of the floor. When I found out they had a yelp, I HAD to come give them a review. Over time, they've followed up to make sure the floor is looking good and even gave me tips on how to maintain it. The floor still looks great. It's hard to find a team that pays so much attention to detail, and with my OCD, that was important. If you're looking to replace any type of flooring, give them a call! Irving and his team were the easiest to work with. We wanted to change and match the carpet to the wood floor already in the home we bought, Irving was able to do it in a weeks time and with more affordable material matching the installed wood. In the process Irving's team detected a problem with original structure of the stairs and it required additional dry walling. Irving took it upon himself to outsource a few vendors and even helped me pick one based on his experience with how much it should cost.
