Nat greeted us when we walked in and I told her I was having two weddings and needed two wedding dresses. She immediately let me know that the stylist wasnt there. I told her I didn't mind looking on my own and seeing which ones I wanted to try one. I told her what I liked which was a little ruffle on the side, and she told me they didn't have that there if that's what I'm looking for that I need to go somewhere else, she repeated this about five times, while I was looking at dresses for like 10 mins. We did not once talk about budget, after trying to send me away she pointed at the 50% Clearance section telling me more than once to look there because I won't find anything I like in the normal priced ones. She repeatedly mention how she's going to have to stay late since we were there. She then told me I had a limit of four dresses to try on which I understood. I gave her two and she started rushing me into the dressing room telling me that's enough. I managed to grab a third one, while I was grabbing that one she was yelling across the store telling me to follow her. She had a lot of attitude in her tone. There was a total of four people in the shop and two including myself trying on dresses. She was yelling at them as well being impatient and rude. I could hear them in the dressing room next to me asking what her problem was. She ruined the experience for both of us. My sister told her softly and respectfully that she knows she's probably stressed but it was my first time trying on dresses and she was upsetting us and the other people if she can calm down a little, she responded with raising her voice and told my sister she wasn't talking to her and repeated that about three times before running off and grabbing the lady in the back and telling her to help us because she wasn't going to anymore. Raven helped us and was respectful and helpful. As I tried on dresses that I fell in love with she came up to me and said " oh you're trying those one? That's not what you said you wanted". I'm really sad because I thought I found my two dresses I needed there but I was treated so badly I don't feel comfortable coming back.

They put you and your guests in a sectioned off area (sectioned off by racks of dresses), and there's a very small curtained off section to get dressed in. A lot of the dresses are under $1000, but it wasn't worth the lower quality to me. Most of the dresses felt like a very stiff and heavy chiffon. Not a bad place at all, just not for me.

My wife and I started planning our wedding with the Stardust team in 2019 with our wedding originally scheduled for 2020. COVID happened and so it got pushed out to 2021. This meant that we worked closely with the Stardust team for 2 whole years, and they kept us organized (but most importantly calm) throughout the entire process. Laura was our Lead planner, and she is highly efficient, communicative, organized, basically everything you'd want in a wedding planner. She answered all of our questions throughout all kinds of odd hours and helped us bring the wedding vision we had in our mind to reality.
