This boutique has incredible talent.... I truly commend their talent on deleting truthful yelp reviews, hiding the truth, and dodging communication. They terminated my contact after I called them out on not fulfilling my order. They didn't complete my alterations and now have my dress that I paid for. I have written multiple reviews and the owner ed takes them down. Yet he has not communicated with me on how I can obtain more than a wearable dress or how I can obtain my money back. It has been more than 4 business days since he decided to steal (because that is what happens when you don't fulfill a service and you still have the product) over $2,000 from me and keeps trying to hide it from the public. Sara is the only reason I had a reception dress! After a mishap at the bridal boutique I got my dress from and their unwillingness to help- I had to find help elsewhere. Since the dress was so large on me and was very heavily beaded- I was turned down by two other seamstresses. TWO weeks prior to my wedding I found Sara. I had 2-3 appointments with her over the course of one week and she worked magic on that dress. Not only did she get it to fit me perfectly, she trimmed the bottom to floor length and also added a slit into the dress. Her price is also extremely reasonable- far less expensive than the people who turned me down would have charged- and she did all of this in an extremely short time frame. Purchased my wedding dress from Kleinfeld about 2 sizes too big as they suggested. Ms. Sarah made my dress fit to perfection in about a month and a half. I had 2-3 visits to get it right. On wedding day, it was perfect. Seemed too big in a few spots because I'd lost more weight unintentionally. Made an appointment for bridesmaids dress shopping as I saw online they had pictures of a good selection of stylish dresses and colors. When I called them I asked about if they had my specific colors in store as we needed to see these colors side by side, they told me yes. My girls/family fly into town for the appt, we show up and they take us to the back corner of the store and show us the selection... I literally BAWLED my eyes out. There's was maybe 20-30 dresses on that tiny rack with none of my wedding colors at all. Also, there were none of the styles of the pictures they have online. All the dresses on the rack looked like mother/grandmother dresses, not bridesmaids dresses. Gave 2 stars bc it looked like They had a large selection of brides dresses but that was not what we went there for so we ended up leaving. read more

I said YES to the dress here at Sara's Bridal Boutique! I had such an amazing experience with Virginia and Sara! They were extremely kind and helpful throughout the process! Even better was that the dress we found was selected by our consultant, Virginia. She paid attention to every detail and opinion we had, and visualized the perfect dress for me and it happened to the last dress I got to try on. Once I tried it on, completely fell in love with it! If she didn't suggest me trying it on, I might've missed my chance to try on the dress! Honestly, Virginia and Sara made a difference in the experience by making me feel valued and really showed they cared about what I liked! I didn't feel rush, they were very supportive in giving advice on what alterations or adjustments that would be needed and everything! While shopping and going in with my daughter for her fittings, I saw several other brides there in their finished dresses; all of them were were perfectly fitted. Sara is very skilled and determined to make each dress exactly right for her clients. I would only work with Sara or Virginia, however. My fiance and I first time walking into a bridal shop and we chose this location base on the high reviews and comments left. My fiance walked in and told the sales person that it was our first time ever in a bridal shop and did not know the process of how to go about shopping for a wedding dress. The sales associate was very unhelpful and appeared as if she did not know what she was doing. Original: I was debating about posting this but here it is: I went to Sara's on Saturday November 10th (not for me but for my best friend who is getting married). We called exactly one week ago to schedule an appointment and the person who we talked to said they had basically all day open for us to come in and try some dresses on. We decided that we would like an appointment for three o'clock. The lady said that would be great and she would see us then. The bridal party had several appts that day for other bridal related stuff but we arrived five minutes early so we could get everyone there on time. When we walked in, the associate was helping another bride and her mom with dresses. She addressed us asking us if we had an appointment and we said yes. She walked away from her current bride and went to look at her appointment. She saw that we did have an appointment and she said that they were almost finished and we could look around. We started to look around but became very uncomfortable because we felt that we were crashing and disrupting the previous appointment. We were looking at dresses in the back corner and seeing that there weren't many plus size dress to try one (there was only one in stock). The associate checked in and said what were we looking for and tried to communicate with us but couldn't. She told us that maybe "we should go somewhere mainstream like david's bridal to figure out what sizes the bride and the bridal party are. But definitely come back once we know what we are and shop from them." I asked her out right if she could size the bride (not the bridal party) at that time or when she was done with the current bride. She said no because she doesn't do that. But you work in a dress shop for bridal and it's one of the most important part of the wedding day and you don't size.... We left after five more uncomfortable minutes and we won't be back. If i could give it ZERO stars I would. No person should feel like this..... I forgot to say this: She blamed the owner for not schedule appointment with more time in-between, she blamed the owner for not being here to help and she blamed the owner for not having more dresses in stock. Blaming the boss (owner) is not good thing especially when it going to get back to them. read more

Sara was recommended to me by another local seamstress who had nothing but high praise and remarks for her. I requested that she custom-make a gown for my client's destination wedding using a sketch I drew. I went to her shop in January and she told me it was perfect timing because it was not yet peak wedding season. I left happy and excited thinking I found the best seamstress for my client's dress. My client supplied her own fabric for the gown six weeks prior to the wedding. A few phone call check-ins were made and she assured my client everything was on time and the dress was almost completed. When it came time to see the dress in person, it was nowhere near completion and this was ten days out from the wedding. Yikes! All the confidence I had in her started to chip away. So she requested we give her a few more days and the dress would be ready. It still was not ready. A disaster was unfolding. Worst yet, the dress was a long gown, then she made some alterations and it no longer was the ideal length for my client to have a beach look. Sara ran out of fabric and thought not one time to call and inform either one of us. Also, she did not have a matching zipper and claimed she checked all stores within the area. So she used a zipper that did not match the fabric in any way. (That same night I found a matching zipper at JoAnn's in Dallas. Effort...is all it takes). After an overnight delivery of fabric, we eventually had a completed dress...4 days before my client's departure. It really was an embarrassment to me. This is someone's wedding you're talking about. You don't always get a do-over on a special day. Virginia was really helpful in reassuring and keeping us calm and ordering the additional fabric, but time management was lacking in this situation and I did not envision such chaos for a dress that was "simple to make." The boutique itself is full of nice pieces, but I am certain I will not request another custom design. read more
