I was in town visiting my mom and we booked an appointment October 2021. I believe Natalie was my consultant and she was EVERYTHING. I absolutely recommend this shop for so many reasons: 1. The staff goes above and beyond to figure out what you love. 2. Such a wide variety of styles from simple and timeless to dramatic and statement. 3. Natalie was so knowledgeable about every designer I put on. She explained their style, where they're located, how they found inspiration. I mean I remember each piece and it led me to what I loved. The boutique is small and sweet. When I came home to California to try and find something similar I was surprised that this amazing experience was not duplicated in any way. Love this boutique and again wish I was in TX!

After considering several gowns from other shops--where I kept trying to redesign backlines or necklines--the shop owner and Meadow pulled dresses based on what I said I was trying to create. Literally, their first dress recommendation I tried on was 100% mine: the Cindy by Rebecca Ingram! I added the optional lace off-the-shoulder straps, which gave me the flexibility to switch up my look throughout the night. From the moment we arrived, the consultant seemed disengaged. There was minimal guidance or communication, and practically no assistance when trying on gowns--she simply handed me the dresses to put on myself, despite how difficult wedding dresses can be to manage alone. Throughout the appointment, she appeared far more engaged with other brides in the shop, frequently stepping away in the middle of our session to assist others without letting us know. It felt as though our appointment was not given the same attention or care as the other parties in the boutique. Additionally, another staff member repeatedly blocked my guests' view in the shared open viewing area with little consideration for our space.

Then the experience was topped off with the best stylist we've had in the last five months of shopping for my daughter's big day. The decor and simplicity of the boutique was welcoming and we had our own dressing area that allowed us to ooo and aww over my girl in each gown. Taylor heard my girl's desire for her gown and understood the assignment from the 1st gown to final "I Said Yes" gown. Each selected gown not only enhance my daughter's body but it brought out each of her best physical attributes. Each gown also made her excited for what her special day would be in the right gown. Taylor did not disappoint, and she was extremely professional, personable, and just overall the sweetest person. We cannot thank Patsy's A Bridal Boutique and Taylor enough nor say the right words to encourage future brides that they need to go here. Thank you and special thank you to Taylor.

My mom and I just stopped in, in the middle of the day on a Thursday, and we had the place all to ourselves -- it was fantastic! We had not made an appointment, but the bridal consultant was amazing and allowed us to try on several dresses anyway. The bridal consultant was great! She listened to what I wanted, and helped pull dresses accordingly. It only took 8 or 9 dresses before we had it narrowed down to 'The ONE" ! She helped me into all the dresses, clipped them, and offered her advice on what would look best for my figure and wedding theme, etc. You will not be disappointed if you shop at Providence Place! Unfortunately this review will be quite long…read more As a new fiance I wasn't quite sure how wedding dress shopping went. However, I stumbled across this place as my first stop. Luckily or unluckily I found a dress I loved here. Lynette was very knowledgeable and helped select the dress for me. I purchased the dress October of 2025. I was quoted my dress would arrive beginning of April. For months I heard nothing from them. the estimated delivery date for the dress passed and still I heard nothing from their shop. I had to call a week later after estimated arrival and figure out what was going on. I spoke with the ladies there and was told the manufacturer was still working on assembling the dress and it had not been sent out for delivery. So ultimately, they found a similar dress and were going to ship it out. At this point my dress was MISSING after purchasing it six months in advance. They were quick in finding a dress for me so I will give them that. Fast forward to the seamstress, she was really nice. However, for a dress that "fit me well" she charged me over $500 in alterations for it. Only to not fit me properly on my actual wedding day. Ultimately I WOULD not recommend this bridal place to ANYONE. They left me more stressed out rather than helping to aleviate stress.

Circle Park was able to squeeze us in on a Saturday as they had a last minute cancellation. We're so incredibly glad we went when we were starting to hit a wall for the day. The location: far North Dallas (maybe even Plano?) located in private lot which looks like a house converted into the gorgeous boutique. It looked so homey from the parking lot we were getting excited to walk in. Service: we were instantly greeted with smiling faces, even though they were busy with tons of appointments and clients. We never felt like we were a burden. Addie made us feel so comfortable while she scouted for dresses for the bride to try on and, we fell in love with the very first one. It was as if she read my sister's mind. It was perfect! Addie also explained so much about the bridal dress industry and alleviated so many stressors about time and tailoring. Dresses: The variety of dresses were endless! Most were on the pricier end but they seem to accommodate all kinds of budgets and styles. We were so glad to find the "one" and ordered it on the spot. Highly recommend fitting Circle Park into your rotation.
