Any shop that offers a 10% discount in exchange for a positive review should, in my opinion, be approached with caution. My experience with this shop was far from positive. A truck that had 250,000 miles on it and was showing signs that should have raised some serious questions about a failing head gasket. Instead, I was led through a series of costly repairs that basically treated the symptoms instead of finding the actual problem. Those repairs ultimately failed within a few weeks. They also installed what I believe were cheap aftermarket parts, including the wrong front struts. When I brought it to their attention, instead of taking responsibility and replacing them, they wanted to charge me to install a lift on the rear of the truck to compensate for the front end sitting higher than the rear. WTF? Another big concern was the price and quality of the parts. When I asked about the brand of the parts they were installing, which seemed they were hesitant to reveal, I was surprised to find what appeared to be nearly a 100% markup compared with retail prices. Their invoices also don't identify the brand or manufacturer of the parts, so you really don't know what you're paying for. In my experience, the parts were marked up an unreasonable amount, especially considering the quality. Looking back, I feel like the focus was more on getting me to authorize additional repairs rather than properly figuring out what was actually wrong with the truck, knowing Id probably just cut my losses if I had been told the truth about the head gasket from the beginning. I originally brought my truck here because I was trying to avoid dealership prices. Unfortunately, when I finally took it to the dealership, that's when I learned what was actually wrong with the truck, which was in fact the head gasket and the wrong struts installed. The dealership also asked me if I had ever used a quick sealant in my engine because of the sludge they found in the radiator overflow, the radiator that auto clinique just replaced. I don't have proof, but definitely raised even more concerns about the shop practices. I was so hopeful that I had found an honest shop, but sadly, I'd have to say they are far from it. And Ray, I'm not interested in you telling me how you offer a year warranty on your parts and repairs. Thank you

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. I paid approximately $800 for service…read morethat included front brakes and rotors, rear brakes, an oil change, and an inspection. After leaving the shop, I discovered that my front left wheel had not been properly secured and the lug nuts were loose. This is not a minor oversight ! It is a serious safety issue. An unsecured wheel could have resulted in a wheel coming off while I was driving, potentially causing an accident, injury to me, or injury to someone else on the road. When a customer pays a professional repair shop to service their vehicle, there is a reasonable expectation that the vehicle will be returned in safe operating condition. Properly tightening and securing a wheel after brake service is one of the most basic and critical steps of the job. I paid $800 expecting professional workmanship and, most importantly, a safe vehicle. Instead, I was placed in a potentially dangerous situation because of something that should have been checked before my vehicle ever left the shop. They did send a tech out to me to fix the issue. However, it's unknown if there is internal damage to the tire since it was loose. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. I strongly encourage management to review its quality-control procedures so another customer does not experience the same potentially dangerous mistake.

I will say they are professional…read morebut I feel like them having such a high turnover over rate for all positions including their managers and overworked technicians makes this very difficult to do the work correctly and to completion. BOTH of my cars still have things that they were supposed to fix and still messed up and they went back to the shop each, twice. This was something that started in the middle of December and I have chosen not to take my cars back to them cause who knows what else is going to end up missing or wrong still. My cars sat for MONTHS and when I would call they were blaming my insurance and only until I filed a formal complaint did my Insurance then open an investigation and the proper people were made aware of the situation. They only made it right and then admitted to their mistake once it wasn't something that could be dusted under the rug. But even after that, they still didn't dot the i's or cross all the t's. Months goes by and I was suppose to be contacted about a piece of my interior they lost that had to be ordered. It was someone in their warehouse and had been there since I asked about it. Something needs to happen with their turnovers or notes or whatever but they won't care if it is actually working as long as they can get it out of the shop even if things are worse. So many things went wrong, even when given the opportunity to make it right it was not fully fix. I'm disappointed and will never trust any of the caliber collision's again.

Was quoted crazy prices from body shops in Fort Worth that were unreasonable for us, considering the vehicle is only worth ~$5000. Turned down by PDR shops for the damage being too large. We needed something affordable and something reasonable given the age of the vehicle with quality results- which is a tough ask! Otherwise, we'd need to go ahead with a panel replacement and spend ~$2000+ After speaking with this business, we had quick replies (minutes), quick scheduling (avail in less than 2 days), a fast turnaround (less than 2hrs), clear communication (on yelp scheduling & over text), an incredibly fair price ($500 in this case), great convenience (came out to friend's apartment and was able to do everything in the garage) and great quality results! All positive things to say, definitely would work with Tony again! Check out the before and after to see how bad the damage was and how it looks now, we were quite pleased, paint came out great, most of the originally massive dent was evened out, and now the whole area is looking good as new from many angles! Would recommend! Friend was happy with the results :)

I really appreciated that. The first time they came out, the job wasn't done correctly but I sent him the pictures and he was immediately planning a time to come back out. They came back out and fixed the car to look much better! I didn't want to get a new bumper so they fixed the one I already had and they did a great job for how dented it was the same with the door, there were many scratches on the side and now you can't see those at all. To the normal bystander, someone wouldn't look twice which is what I wanted. Thank you!
