They replied quickly and we agreed on a time. They specifically said the time worked and they would be here. Then, without any other explanation, they simply said they were booked and couldn't make it. Nothing other than that: no message apologizing, no message saying they're prioritizing rescheduling as soon as possible, nothing. I waited to post this 9+ hours after their last message to see what the owner said, but I've gotten nothing in reply. So while I should at least get an apology, I'm not surprised to see zero accountability. If they can't simply apologize, I'm not sure how they think they can be trusted to do any actual work.

I received email and text reminders the night before and the morning of the scheduled appointment. Yannick was on time, personable, and professional. He answered questions I had and then performed the tune up service. Payment for services rendered was handled upon completion of the service using a credit card reader. He emailed me the invoice and receipts at the time of the transaction. Again, I'm very pleased with services rendered.

Very good price for a better quality system. The install techs, Roger and Dom, completed the install today. Very professional and went extra to be sure zone system was functioning properly. Definitely made the right choice.

Markitos gave us a great affordable price to paint our tub and tiles white and he was super nice. It took him 8 hours one day and he came back the second day to do some caulking. Even though he set up a huge industrial fan, the smell was very strong and we had to let it air out for a week before the smell disappeared. The tub and tiles look fabulous and I love the results! Raphael was also very responsive and kept emphasizing to reach out to him for any questions or issues. Highly recommend them for refinishing!

We contacted Leo via Yelp, and received a response a short time later. Shortly afterwards, Leo came out to our home. He assessed the work, took some pictures and said his specialist can do the job, no problem. That should have been our first warning that Leo himself was not doing the work/repair and did not bring his specialist along for the initial review. He said, I'm an engineer and don't do that sort of work, but no problem he can do it, he'll make it look good, he's a specialist! We talked about how important it was to have our garage cabinets, tools, area where we have shoes and some outdoor furniture stored in the garage covered with plastic and that our newly done epoxy floor would need to be covered from the debris and dust. Leo said that they usually only cover the floor where the work would be done, his reply was it's a garage. We stressed in our conversation and also outlined in our response via text that it was important that it's covered if we hired him for the job. He agreed that it would be done. Later that evening he sent a message with the quote but did not send a contract or scope of work with his quote detailing the work (that should have been another red flag). So I responded with a message that specifically outlined our expectations of the job and what was to be done. He replied, yes everything outlined would be done. He then messaged me that his specialist would be at our home that following Thursday, which we agreed. Wednesday came around and Leo messaged us that his specialist was at another job previously and that he was doing such a great job, the client asked him to stay another day to do more work. He asked if he can come to us on Monday, we said no problem. He said he'd be there in the am on Monday, but would message us with the time frame on Sunday. Sunday came and Leo texted us indicating Simon will arrive around noon, ok no problem. Monday came and Simon showed up at 1pm, he brought his ladder, a drop cloth and only covered the door leading from the garage to our kitchen with plastic, and covered nothing else that we spoke of. After putting that up, Simon told my husband he needed to get some supplies and would be back in 20 minutes. Like what, why did he not come prepared in the first place. The job was straight forward, remove old tape, replace tape, add dry wall/mud, texture and paint (which we supplied the paint). Anyway, Simon left and came back an hour later, not 20 minutes. After returning he worked another 20 minutes and knocked on our door telling us he needed more supplies and would be back in 20 minutes????? He left and came back 20 minutes later. By now it's 3pm, he finished up around 6pm. When we went out to look at the work, it was a mess! He put drywall mud over the tape and used a textured paint roller to texture the areas that were done. We asked why he did not allow for the mud to dry then sand and texture and paint when it was all the way dried? He looked at us perplexed, and said texture spray is expensive and that his textured roller brush gave it a sprayed look. We said that, this is not what we agreed to and that 2 cans of texture spray would have covered it and cost around $20. He literally put tape, drywall mud and painted without allowing properly drying in between each process. The areas he did are noticeable. See photo. I then asked where was all the plastic to cover the areas we discussed with Leo, he could not answer. He spoke very little English so communication was difficult and very frustrating. We advised him he needs to clean up as everything was covered in drywall dust. He ran a shop vacuum for a few minutes and wiped a few areas down and left. Everything was covered in white dust, Everything! I tried to call Leo, but he did not take my call. So I texted him saying that Simon did not do what we discussed. In addition the work done looks worse than it did when the ceiling was cracking. The areas are lumpy and it's an eyesore. Leo finally responded that he and Simon agreed to do it the way he did it as it was more cost effective for them. Leo or Simon at no time never contacted us to change any part of what was agreed. He decided to cut corners without advising us otherwise. His word were they made the decision as it was just a garage. We understand that it would not look 100% the same, but he didn't even try to make it look even half way better. He said what can we do to make it right? To be honest, we just wanted he and his specialist gone. They literally fked up our ceiling and now we'll have to pay someone to fix it. We would not let him touch anything around our home with a 10ft pole. Shame on you Leo for taking our money and leaving us with shoddy work! I would think twice before hiring Leo's Handyman Services ! If we could give zero stars we would!

He showed up exactly on time, walked me through what he was doing, and explained how the system works instead of just rushing through the job. The dryer duct alone had some massive lint buildup from years of accumulation. Watching what he pulled out of there made me realize how overdue the cleaning was. What really stood out was that he didn't just clean and leave. He tested everything afterward, checked connections, tightened a few things that were loose, and made sure the airflow was right before wrapping up. That extra attention to detail is rare. If you want someone who actually cares about the job and does it the right way, Lance is the guy. Highly recommended!

The common point from what I could tell were that budget, work effort, and communication fell a little short. Karin worked with me on the front end, and Haim executed in an amazing way. That was my experience in the last few months. From a satisfaction point regarding this kitchen renovation it simply could not have gone any better. I will say that the details on the front end matter. We went over several iterations in the beginning. I had narrowed down to two really great contractor options. Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen. It came out even better than I had hoped. I think it is important to review your budget early. Extreme quality costs. Think "Homes on Homes" quality and worthy of HGTV results. I don't want to over promise. It is YOUR design, so you will get what you give. Haim's expertise in managing is worth his weight in gold. Ask early if at your budget level they are interested. I think it will save a lot of hardship on both sides. I will let a few pictures speak for themselves. I'm so grateful I met and hired the 702 folks. They have an incredible team. P.S. Most time it's because dirty water and dust on the top layer block Jacob " Not quite sure what that means, I'm guessing if he's saying that the stucco was applied on top of a dirty fence on a brand new home, perhaps they should've used a blower or suggested we do it, if it was going to have an adverse effect on the completed fence. Why would we spend that kind of $ and not get a good result? We've had pretty hard rain since and my fence still looks the same in most of the areas. The project manager, Chris Gordy, remained involved and checked on the remodel daily. His super power is his ability to find and correct. What an eye for detail! Each crew was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and treated my home with respect. The job notebook was kept on premises and provided detailed plans for each day. First, look at the "lowest" star review and you'll see Ron Bercier's review from two years ago and just recently the owner FINALLY got around to replying. Now, onto MY story, which will be like the old Berma Shave commercials: one after the other over time. Today's included photos are just a start. The praise from this website's reviews of Bobby the flooring person are given high praise. I am alleging they are all plants, phonies. Based on the total lack of respect, unprofessional attitude, and the photos attached and more to come, anyone reading and seeing the photos will use their own judgement in deciding if this company is the one you want to hire. As you can see for yourself, the painter, didn't even clean up his poor marksmanship at the toilet. In the next set of photos (coming soon), I'll post photos of these same two images after THREE visits to repair his mistakes in patching and painting. Rick Walker, the project manager and Bobby (he doesn't want to reveal his last name...I kinda see why, he doesn't want retaliation by pissed-off clients, both have treated me with disrespect. It's their way of passing the blame on me. I'm not the one doing the restoration, only pointing out the poor workmanship left by their employees. Again, more photos, but unfortunately, videos don't include sounds which would have proven how both names mentioned above have disrespected me, their client. *** Turns out polygraph tests in Las Vegas, NV ARE LEGAL in depositions with attorneys. Which also includes defamation.
