I have now been coming here for over 5 years!!! I would not trust anyone else in the KC area with my eyebrows... I take them very seriously lol. Also every now and then I'll treat myself to a quick mask they have like two options and it's only 12 dollars! (The rose water mask is what I do) Sometimes there can be a wait (I usually get lucky and time when I go) but I talked with Minaz and it's so hard to find workers, I say either way it's worth the wait! Usually I just walk in and I'm always either the only customer or only one person is already there being serviced. It doesn't get crowded which is nice. There is only one lady working but one time I went there and she had another girl helping her. I honestly don't mind if I ever have to wait because I would rather have my eyebrows threaded than waxed. The staff was very nice and again, very quick, but the trim at the end was basically just for show and none of the baby hairs above my eyebrows or in between the brows were covered. I didn't notice some of the missing pieces until I got home and it was pointed out to me, but for the money, I wasn't as thrilled as I have been at other places. I would also love if they had some sort of rewards program because that would definitely incentivize me to go back, but for now, I'll stick with my usual!
