I went to get a Brazilian, I've had Brazilian waxing done before just not at this salon. A few…read morehours after I noticed more and more pain on my left bikini area I ended up having to get and ice pack. The next day when I took a shower the area was very sensitive to heat. Im pretty sure I got burned from the wax!!! Ive been applying prescription strength burn cream and am in immense pain. It hurts even when nothing is touching my skin its swollen and inflamed. Also there were alot of missed areas with long hairs left. I felt like she was pressuring me to buy more products. I shaved my legs 4 days prior and didnt think the hair was long enough to wax, she assured me it was and knee down my legs were still prickly. Will not be going back. Update: went to urgent care for the pain and they confirmed it is a burn, im currently on antibiotics. Its now a huge blister.

Here I am two years later finally breaking down and telling you that I urge you to avoid this place. The ladies they have now are not the same ladies they had when I started going there. The last three times I have gone they have left my brows crooked and missed so much hair. Not even sanitizer on the hands. Gross! I asked her and she said it's okay. I have to get my fixed elsewhere now because as you can see they are uneven. One is thinner than the other. The lady even sliced my eyelid TWICE. I was bleeding and she said nothing. Just wiped away the blood. Meanwhile; the entire time she is threading my eyebrows all she could say was "ohhh yessss. I will do a good job for you. I always do the best job. I am so good. You're in the best hands. I will make them perfect for you my dear! Because threading is better than waxing so it's good you come to me to do it. It's better this way" She would not shut up about "how good" she was and in fact she was TERRIBLE. I cannot tell you enough that you should run away FAST when someone does that. If they feel they have to sell you on the service they are providing; it's probably sh*t. RUN. When I went to pay I asked if I could add a tip. She can over and hovered staring at the pin pad watching my input the tip the tip amount. Scoffed and got mad that I only gave $3. I should not have tipped at all. My eyebrows are terrible. They hurt so badly because she went sooo slow and I have painful little cuts on my skin. I've been getting threaded for ten years and I've had some poor experiences, but this one is takes the cake in the category for worst threading experience. Hands down. RUN RUN RUN from this place.
