My Camry had a no-start issue, and instead of trying to sell me a starter or some expensive repair like less honest mechanics might have done, Sherman took the time to properly diagnose the problem and found that a connector wasn't plugged in correctly. He fixed it quickly and had the car running again. On my Impala, he completed an oil change and repaired my cigarette lighter outlets, which had been damaged by an overpowered device that had melted part of the circuit. Everything is working properly now. He arrived on time, was professional from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and charged a very fair price. He even followed up by sending me a PDF with diagnostic codes and a detailed list of recommended maintenance items for future service. It's hard to find mechanics who are knowledgeable, honest, and transparent, but Sherman checked all three boxes. I SAID TO BRANDY OVER THE PHONE THAT I WENT AROUND A CURVE AND LOST CONTROL OF MY VEHICLE. She then proceeded to tell me that she wasn't going to call them and that she wasn't going to lie for me. I NEVER TOLD HER TO LIE. I TOLD HER TO AT LEAST CORRECT HERSELF FOR SAYING THE INCORRECT INFORMATION. She told me to deal with my warranty on my own and hung up on my face. She needs to slow down and really listen to customers instead of hurrying off the phone. They found the issue, but I decided not to move forward with the repair at that time. Instead of simply billing me for the diagnostic, they wrote rude personal comments about me directly on my invoice, claiming I was "hard to deal with" and saying they "will no longer do business" with me. That's completely unprofessional and unnecessary. All I did was ask questions and decide to delay repairs, which is a customer's right. If this is how they treat customers, imagine how careless they are with your car. They clearly don't value respect, honesty, or professionalism. Spend your money somewhere that actually deserves it.

Several weeks ago I came in for an oil change and knew their was a problem with my exhaust system. Jay showed me the exhaust problem (corrosion and rust) and told me that he didn't do that kind of work and I needed to go to a muffler/exhaust place. Jay was thorough and efficient. I stupidly told them to go ahead. Got it back and the rear brakes made a horrible noise. Took it back and had them re-fix their work. Two days later the coolant leak was back. Called and asked for the manager to call me-he never did. I ended up trading my car in to avoid another $1000+ repair to fix the actual leak. Horrible experience.

After the service was complete, and I picked up the vehicle I noticed there were a new few issues that were not present prior to me dropping the vehicle off. After speaking with the owner Brandon and pointing out the things that were not a problem before, he agreed to have me bring my vehicle back in so that he could have one of his best ASE certified techs look over everything. They found the issue, ordered the needed parts and got the repairs completed at no additional cost!
