I provided the information he needed by text, and he was prompt about getting back to me, answering all of my questions, and providing me with a detailed estimate. He also followed up with me afterward, which I really appreciated. Ultimately, I decided to go with another local painting company that was closer to me and better suited to my timeframe. It had nothing to do with David or my experience with him; the other company was simply a better fit for my particular circumstances. His estimate was extremely fair and in fact, was even lower than one of the others. Good customer service seems harder and harder to find these days, so when someone is this responsive, respectful, and considerate of your time, I think it's worth acknowledging. David, thank you for your time, your professionalism, and for making the process so easy and pleasant. I truly appreciate it.
