We got our town home complex painted They did a great job. Very fast and professional. Jonathan was very helpful and patient. I also had the inside of my house painted. I encourage you to call and get a quote. I highly recommend this team. I am extremely satisfied with their service.

I wish I could say I had a great experience with Waddell Painting but it was far from it. Waddell Painting was hired to come and paint the inside of my house (kitchen, living room, hallway, 2 bedrooms, 1 master bed and bathroom. I was told it would be a 3 day job Starting 01/18/2021 7-3p which was no problem so I made arrangements for my family and I to stay somewhere. January 18th came workers showed up right on time read to work. Before we left we put some of our keep safe valuables in our garage and a camera recording since they would not have to really be in our garage only to paint the inside door frame leading into the kitchen. About half the day has went by and I got a motion alert from the garage camera. I was mortified to see that one of there workers (Jose Cabrera) was looking around our garage then proceeded to our dirty laundry hampers and started looking through them. Then when he was done he helped himself to what was in our garage fridge. I called and left msgs to there company I wanted them immediately out of my house since I was unable to get there right away. Jonathan Waddell called me back stated he told his men to pack up and get out since there was a problem and he was going to speak with me. I sent Jonathan the video and his reaction was just the same as mind (disgusted). He apologized and stated he would make it up to me this is not what his company is about. It took his workers about an hour to vacate my house after that. When I was able to get to my home I went to see what he picked up and was looking at and it was a pair of my 4 year old daughters underwear!!! That basket had my daughters dirty laundry in it. I immediately told Jonathan and asked him for his workers name because I was making a police Incident report right then. The next day I got a phone call from our rental place and they stated that Waddell is sorry and can't undue what has happened but would like to replace the food in my fridge. I told them due to covid I threw out everything that was open from both fridges and I was not sure what else he touched so it was agreed $150 for each fridge. There is nothing you can say to justify why that man had to go through my dirty laundry, it is sickening. Waddell could not confirm if this person had been terminated, we couldn't believe it. Waddell betrayed our trust and violated our privacy. What even hurt more is when our rental management was going to give us a check for the food they wanted us to sign a waiver from Waddell stating for food, pain & suffering and not to take legal action against the company and their worker Jose Cabrera which I did not accept there check. This is my family your company hurt and you still want to protect the worker that did it. If you hire this company please make sure this man is not one of the workers he looked to comfortable going through our stuff who knows how many other people he has violated without there knowledge.

I can't EVEN begin to explain just how good of a job Waddell did. They were so detailed and helpful throughout the process. I had a lot of questions and was nervous about the painting and they walked me through each room after it was done to make sure I was comfortable with it all. They protected my new floors and furniture. Pleasant presence in the house while they were working. I'm recommending to everyone to use them for their painting needs. They did every wall single wall.

# Highest Recommendation for Stoneshine Concrete Floor Polishing…read more I am pleased to give Stoneshine Concrete Floor Polishing my highest possible recommendation. From beginning to end, the quality of the work and the professionalism of the entire team were exceptional. Our crew--Victor, Jose, Armando, Ricardo, Rafael, and Romero, under the supervision of Greg Torres--was outstanding. Every member of the team demonstrated an impressive combination of technical skill, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine pride in their work. Floor polishing is a demanding process, particularly in an occupied home, and I was extremely impressed by the care the crew took to protect our property throughout the project. They were exceptionally conscientious about furniture and surrounding finishes, understanding that many items required delicate handling. They carefully removed doors when necessary, protected walls and adjacent areas, and maintained an unusually clean and orderly work environment. Their preparation and cleanup were every bit as thorough as the polishing itself. What distinguished this crew most was their attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best possible result. Rather than simply completing each stage of the job, they continually inspected their work, identified areas that would benefit from additional treatment, and addressed them without hesitation. They were meticulous and clearly held themselves to a very high standard. Communication was equally excellent. The team provided thorough explanations of the polishing process, kept us informed about the progress of the project, and readily answered questions. They arrived when promised each day, worked efficiently and consistently, and completed the project on schedule. Their reliability made a substantial project remarkably easy to manage. The crew also deserves special recognition for their work ethic. Working through the intense August desert heat, they remained cheerful, courteous, focused, and remarkably hardworking. They worked relentlessly to provide superior service without allowing the difficult conditions to diminish either the quality of their work or the professionalism of their interactions. Every member of the team was polite, helpful, respectful, and pleasant to have in our home. I would especially like to recognize Greg Torres for his leadership. It is evident that Greg has created and reinforced a culture in which professionalism, craftsmanship, respect, and personal accountability are expected. He sets an excellent example for his team and is clearly highly respected by the crew. The consistency with which every team member demonstrated the same high standards speaks volumes about Greg's leadership and about Stoneshine as a company. The finished floors are beautiful, but equally impressive was the experience of working with this team. Excellent craftsmanship is important; finding a crew that combines that craftsmanship with reliability, cleanliness, careful treatment of a client's home, excellent communication, and genuinely pleasant interactions is much more unusual. I would recommend Stoneshine Concrete Floor Polishing, Greg Torres, Victor, Jose, Armando, Ricardo, Rafael, and Romero without reservation. They exceeded our expectations and demonstrated what top-tier professional service should look like. Highest recommendation.

We had a granite countertop installed in 2013 in a kitchen refresh. In 2023, the front edge of the…read moresink began to crack. By early 2024, it was getting bad enough to call in a repair service. Our choice then was not the right one. The owner of the company misdiagnosed the problem, and simply patched the crack with poorly matched epoxy and recaulked the sink for the low-low price of $700. The repair started to fail in 2025, maybe a bit more than a year after the repair. And...we let it go. For a looong time, because, you know, "Once burned...". Well, the granite kept cracking to the point where chunks were coming loose. That's when we started shopping for a different contractor. We called several competitors here on Yelp. Some were flaky, some indifferent, one refused to consider the job unless we replaced with quartz. Stoneshine was different. The receptionist I talked to right off the bat was professional, friendly, and helpful (sorry, I didn't get her name). She set us up with an appointment the Monday morning after the Friday call. Greg showed up on the dot to provide the estimate. He diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly (agreeing with other vendors I called) as being a problem with the reinforcing steel bar embedded in the sink front: it rust, expands, and cracks the granite over time. His estimate was $1500 for the repair, polishing, resealing the entire countertop, and recaulking the sink. OK, that's a big difference, but we sure didn't want to replace the whole dang surface! We went with Stoneshine. Like Greg, Raul showed up right on time. He set up quickly, got to work immediately, and put up plastic sheeting to keep the repair work dust contained to the area around the sink. The entire job took almost 4 hours. Raul did a pretty decent job matching the general tone, as you can see in the attached photo. He even put a couple of flecks of the crumbled granite into the epoxy to mimic the stone. The end result looks far better than the original repair. And it looks like it will hold up for more than 12 or 15 months. This was a uniformly positive experience with a clearly well-run, professionally oriented contractor.
