Not only did HWS staff damage appliances and countertops, they created rework for other service providers. And, the owner wasn't nice about it. At all. Customers are afraid to talk to him. I haven't even gotten to the poor plumbing and electric provisioning. Our kitchen lights were inexplicably connected to our outdoor lights by HWS. When asked how to fix this, I was blown off.

just had my annual heating tuneup of my oil burner by Carmine an excellent knowledgable technician…read morewho arrived on time and set to work immediately. Fox Air is also the company that went up in my attic two summers ago to service my very poorly installed central air system. They toiled for 12 hours building ducts where there were none and placing the air filter box where the filters could be effective. prior to their intervention the air filter box was fifteen feet away from the filters and so for all the yrs I lived here since 2009, the air was not being filtered although I had Petro oil co servicing it annually. You can't go wrong with Fox they also diagnosed a dangerous condition in that my firebox on oil burner had its necessary insulation come loose n was flapping around n not protecting my home from a fire had all insulation failed off and fire burned through the metal into my garage. They submitted all permits to the town of Hopewrll to facilitate the emergency replacement of that defunct oil furnace. They are professional n knowledgeable no was blessed to have found them. You need AC and heating service choose Fox

So let's get clear on the scenario. Your tech not only said we needed a new system (which sounded…read morelike a notorious JSP tactic) but when we asked to address the issue and options with the company manager --you, Mark Anderson -- the reply was that Mark wouldn't be available since he's mostly gives talks and presentations, and that it would be he the tech, who would be making decisions regarding our options. The situation WAS urgent given that evening temperatures were in the 40s and the house needed heat. Tuesday morning we had another HVAC technician come over who diagnosed the issue within half an hour! and contacted the manufacturer soon after to remedy the situation. Not trying to "hurt" a small business, but as this interaction represents what you do, it's unacceptable. Try to imagine a customer's dissatisfaction when they're ticked off enough not to answer your call. BTW the Yelp name is my son's who regularly uses social media whereas I don't.

Though it was a Friday night, Jordan at Homepro made a visit 7pm and diagnosed it as a cracked heat exchanger. He encouraged me to let him take the time to take it apart so I could see it was a legit diagnosis (it definitely was). He took me through how the unit was poorly installed (ad hoc venting) and gave me the pricing and timing for different options to repair/replace. He explained his supply chain and gave an accurate estimate for the time to repair and personally guaranteed the timing. Jordan was super professional, and competent and I trust him. You should too.
