Well I went to inquire, met Sean (hope this correct) and he advised the order taker listed our # as 20 and not 29. He apologized profusely, and offered to get our order out immediately. He then proceeded to make it right and kindly refunded my meal, offered more coffee as well as a pastry. The food was great but Sean's exceptional customer service blew me out of the water.
