My Mother-in-Law's AC went out recently... she contacted her "regular" service provided that she…read morehad used the past couple of years.  When the Tech showed up they informed her that she needed to replace the entire unit due to corrosion.  Now this is the Company that had serviced and conducted "Maintenance" on the unit the past two years and installed a Furnace in September of 2015, still trying to figure out where the disconnect went on there term of Maintenance? Well this company advised her that a new unit would be $5000+ just for parts.  This is where I (Son in-law) stepped in.  I told my mother in law that she had a home warranty service and that I was going to contact them vs her us her "regular" provider which evidently didn't notice corrosion a couple months ago when he serviced the AC / Furnace?   The Warranty Company provided us the number for King Star and we contacted them immediately.  The Tech answered the phone and said that he was in the area and would stop buy with in a couple of hours... now keep in mind this is on a Saturday.  The service tech arrived within two hours, diagnose the condition, contacted the Warranty Company with his diagnoses which was to replace the unit due to corrosion caused from sentiment buildup... (yea.. last provider "Serviced & Maintained" the unit the past couple of years).  Warranty Company advised the Tech that the warranty would not cover replacement because of the condition caused from "Lack of Maintenance."  That's an entire different story that i wish not to get into. King Star Heating & AC quoted my Mother-In-Law $3800 for not only the parts but Labor and a year of Maintenance on the AC & Furnace. (Reg $169/yr)  WOW... that sounds like a GREAT Price... and after Research.. it is a GREAT PRICE!!!  Where do I sign!!! The King Star Tech said he would be back Tuesday to install everything. The Tech show on time and had ALL the components to install without having to leave or comeback another day to finish. He worked VERY hard and had it operational with in 5 hours. I personally talked to the Tech on the phone who sound VERY compassionate, professional and understanding, as my Mother-In-Law is a elderly lady and can be pretty gullible.    After the work was done my mother provided me this feedback to post on Angie's List and Yelp. See Below:  He was excellent! He spent 3 years training people on how to do these installs. He's 53 years old and loves his work. He's very responsible about his work and happy to share what he is doing at the time. I'd highly recommend both him and his company. I found King Star Heating and Air Conditioning in Aurora, Colorado to be very fair and honest in their dealings with me on my new air conditioner.  Everything was explained in detail from the different types and styles of air conditioners down to the prices and benefits and warranties offered on all the units.  The technician stopped by the first evening on his way home and then kept in constant contact with me throughout the process.  He arrived on time, was careful about my home, dressed in a uniform for the company and was exceptionally pleasant, congenial and educational (for me) at all times.  I would highly recommend this company and my technician.

I trust him. Never cools. So from day one it's not working and now with old fridge broke I've had no working fridge two weeks I complain again and they are sending a warranty service (different company) to repair in 1-2 days So you get a fridge, delivered defective, they come out multiple times and then kick it to warranty. Heck even Home Depot would have had me a replacement by now. So just so you know if they give you a broken fridge it's basically "call manufacturer" Maybe if they deliver something you can test right away it's better. Don't buy fridges here

After a bad experience at another similar business, we tried this place. I had heard about them…read morebefore but never have had a chance to visit their showroom. We arrived just after they opened on Sunday. The lady said someone would be with us shortly. Jason came out, dressed very casually. He apologized, saying he was working in the back. It was actually nice, maybe even comfortable. Unlike the last business, he actually showed us the brands we wanted to see. He was not pushy and answered all our questions. And he gave us time to discuss the purchase in private. In the end, we were very happy with the price of our Bosch oven. Delivery and installation was exceptional as well. I hope the next time we need a new appliance, Jason is working.

Dave was a pleasure to work with taking the time to educate me on my choices and explaining the product differences well. After about 3 weeks the blinds came in and Thomas was out to install them. Two open and closing skylights blinds and one 1/2 moon top-down opening blind. Installation was going fine until Thomas realized that the skylight rails would not fit (due to the east facing skylight wall sloping at an angle upwards, but the opening itself being square at the bottom). But not to panic, with Thomas many years of experience hanging blinds, and a hack saw, he was back in business in no-time. As Thomas was opening the packaging on the second skylight blind, he accidentally cut the blind cord. For some reason the manufacturer had wrapped the cord under the outer layer of tape/foam on the packaging. An honest mistake by Thomas, which he fully admitted and apologized for (several times) and said not to worry a new blind will be ordered right away which was confirmed by Melissa, the office manager, within an hour. So, I was thinking "oh well guess we will have to wait to hang the last blind", but no. Once again Thomas came to the rescue and "welded" the cut cords together with a little help from a bic lighter. Currently as I wait for the replacement blind to come in, all blinds are up, operational and look great! In the end, even though we had a few minor hiccups, as a customer I felt that I was taken care of from beginning to end in a very professional and friendly manner.

They did a fabulous job on everything from helping me design the bathroom making sure the colors in the floor tile, shower and vanity counter blended together well. They completed the job promptly and did a fantastic job. October someone removed my towel bar and put it back loose. I called Trend Transformations because I didn't know what to do and they came out and re attached it properly. I will use them again for my other bathroom and kitchen remodel.

I paid for it on the spot, and they were able to get the guys out to measure and install it within a week or two. If you get up close, you can see where they didn't caulk it perfectly, but it was a good enough job and I was happy with how it looked and how fast it occurred. Fast forward to recently, I contacted them again, explained I was a repeat customer, and then asked them to help me with a stone cutting/quartz job in my bathroom. It took over two months to get a tech out to the house. The excuse was, we are really busy and we have scheduled work. I pointed out, I am a paying customer as well, I too deserve to be scheduled, not just told you'll fit me in when you can fit me in. Even after the tech came to measure, nobody got back to me, and when I finally reached out several times, they still had many of the same questions before the tech came over. I've had to send two, three, four emails to follow up. They don't seem to initiate contact, and they don't follow through. I don't know what's going on with their office but they seem really disorganized and unfortunately, I just can't keep waiting for them to ask me the questions to get organized to let me know if they can even do the job. My interactions with them over the last three months have been really disappointing. I just finally stopped reaching out to them.
