Mike knows trees and is a top notch professional. He and his crew are exceptional! A friend recommended Mike to me and I'm so glad she did. I initially got a quote from a large, local nursery and the price was shocking. Plus, their quote kept growing as they added 'extras' like a $300 fee to bring their equipment to my home. Not Mike. Mike's quote was very fair and all inclusive...no hidden extras. Mike worked with me to make sure I was happy with the replacement tree, sending me photos to approve his selection. His crew (Lenny and Steve) were so accommodating, even taking the time to make sure I liked the placement of the new tree while they checked and rechecked to ensure it was straight. The tree they removed was huge, making the removal a big job. They were on time, considerate, and left my front yard looking great. It's so refreshing to find a company that exceeds my expectations. And, as a REALTOR for over 26 years, friends know I'm pretty particular. Thank you Mike for a job WELL DONE! Michele T.

Ben Horowitz came to our home as scheduled, examined the tree and gave us his professional opinion. We elected to have this tree removed and a new tree planted. Ben shopped new trees for us and showed us several pictures of potential replacements. We chose the one we liked the best and he scheduled the planting for December 2025. His crew showed up on time and planted our new tree. We were so impressed by Ben's professionalism that we decided to have their companies irrigation specialist, Caleb, come to our home to review our irrigation scheme and make recommendations which included multiple changes to our irrigation scheme and a new remotely controlled irrigation system. These changes have reduced our monthly irrigation expenses by more than 30%. Ben visited our home several times to make sure that the new tree was flourishing. In one of his visits, we asked if he would take a look at our existing trees and provide us with an estimate for tree trimming. He did provide a very reasonable estimate and we contracted with the company for this service. Once again, the crew showed up on time and completed the work as promised. We thank Ben and Caleb for their recommendations and services performed. Without any reservations whatsoever, we would highly recommend Valley Tree Care for any landscape issues you might have. Attn: Anthem/Phoenix Homeowners, Tree Maintenance, Yardwork:…read moreOur family has used this company (Titan Tree Service) in the past and have had nothing but "Headaches" and frustration regarding their workmanship. A simple tree trim job a few years ago resulted in a "butchered" tree and numerous valuable cacti destroyed! The company was forced to PAY us for the damage or face Small Claims Court. Yesterday (12/23/25) was another "disaster" involving our next-door neighbor, Jim Lisbaken, who hired these "low IQ" individuals (crew), who proceeded to DUMP the next-door tree trimmings in OUR driveway, blocking our exit, which is illegal. They also positioned their "coolers" and lunchbreak containers in OUR driveway! My wife asked the only English-speaking worker to clear the debris immediately, who REFUSED! The workers, up in the tree in question, shouted Spanish "insults @ us when I joined the discussion. The worker told us to "be patient", waiting for the Disposal Truck to arrive. I immediately called the Titan office (Cherel), who told us she would attempt to reach the crew (NO LUCK). As the drive had been blocked for almost (1) hour, I proceeded to call her back, stating we would soon be forced to contact the local Sheriff Dept. My wife has just informed me that there are "drag marks" on our driveway surface and damage to a valued cactus in front yard. This company exhibits NO Professionalism or basic neighborhood demeanor critical to such demanding and dangerous work. We sincerely hope that this review serves as a WARNING to anyone considering hiring this company. Dave and Dianna M

I filled out the online request for an estimate on their website, and got a response the same day. I got a quote two days later, and had my trees serviced the following week. I called Jason of Bros Tree Care (BTC) because I had admired his crew's work on a neighbor's yard awhile back. Jason answered my call in person and came out at the end of the day to assess my situation. I gave him a long list of needed services. I asked him to straighten and re-stake the toppled mesquite, prune and trim three other large trees, remove an agave, cut out dead branches from a yucca, and shape some bushes. He provided a comprehensive estimate and a total price his competitors could not match. He and his crew of three brothers came out on a boiling hot Saturday and began working with exceptional efficiency, safety, and expertise. It was amazing to watch their coordinated efforts, especially when all four of them pounded huge stakes into my rocky soil to re-secure my fallen mesquite. I thanked them all for their super-human work and wondered how they had the energy to go on to their next job. I am writing this review six weeks after the services provided by BTC. My re-staked fallen tree has survived three wind storms and a torrential microburst (60+ mph). Thanks to practical and artistic pruning cuts, my other trees have leafed out and look better than ever. I know I will need additional yard work, so I will be calling Jason again and recommending BTC to friends and neighbors. BTC merits more than five stars for their achievements. Thanks for exceptional service, expertise, and reliability! Greg, Scottsdale, AZ

Once they were on the property, their truck broke down and they did not do the work. They said it was too windy (which is absolutely true). The next day, I texted them to ask if everything was okay with their truck and wanted to reschedule. No response. They responded the following day (2 days after our appointment) stating that some of the palm trees were too tall for them to trim. Here are my issues: *They did not call or notify me that they were going to be late *They did not note on their initial visit that the palm trees were too tall for them to trim (I could have moved on). *Glaring disconnect between the estimator and the office/working crews.
