My car needed a new tire. I called several places (to name some Firestone, Americas Tire, Big O Tires, etc) for a quote, and by far this place is the cheapest one. I made an appointment between 9 and 10. Since it was the rainy week with extreme weather warnings, I left my house early to avoid the blizzard warning. I arrived 20 minutes early, went to see the manager - Julio. And he took me in. The place was for sure busy. I was out the shop with in 20 - 25 minutes. They do fast service. This people are very unprofessional! I just left this place!! We are a interracial married couple who simply needed air on one of our tires. We pulled up and got completely ignored. They made eye contact with my wife and I and continue to speak amongst themselves as if weren't even there. I step out the vehicle and asked an employee if I can get air cause my tire pressure was low, he didn't even bother to make eye contact only thing he said to me was do me a favor and park back here pointing to a empty parking space near the fence, mind you at this time he literally had no other customers but us there. The employee kept looking at us (like what are you doing here look in there faces.) No one bothered to assist us or even greet us. After about 8 minutes of receiving no service we decided to take our business elsewhere! Be aware of this racist establishment that clearly don't care for black and brown business!! Sad thing was a saw Raza working here acting stupid and ignorant. Unprofessional- Rude and racist vibes form this location. These wonderful human beings are miracle workers. Angels on Earth. I was driving on my way home on the freeway and my tires burst. I drove to the nearest Arco gas station which was an acton. I googled affordable tires near me and the Acton showed up. It was exactly 4:55 p.m. 5 minutes till they close I call the manager and I told him my situation he said if I could bring it in before 5:00 he could handle it. I was driving on a flat so I got there after 5:00. I was about to purchase a new tire but the manager reminded me of a spare tire that I forgot in the back of my car and they install it for free. A reliable tire shop is one of those things you shouldn't take for granted. In the world of automotive, they're literally where the rubber meets the road! I've been to Affordable Tire twice, once for an off-road tire with a long nail stuck in it and the second when my wife's Mustang needed a complete set of new tires. Both times service was quick and fair priced. For the Mustang, they had the tires in stock, but they can order any size or type you need. Depending on the day, there is usually 4 or so guys in the shop at anyone time, so it's like having a pit crew take care of your ride. Most tire repairs happen as they are needed, so there's always customers coming and going so there may be a small wait depending on what you need. In all cases, you're greeted almost immediately by one of the staff who will direct you where to park. Big fan of supporting great small businesses and Affordable Tire is definitely worthy of patronage. read more

I got a flat on the freeway recently and came to this spot because it was the closest one I could find. The gentleman there immediately greeted me and started helping me immediately. At first he was going to repair the tire, but then he realized how much driven on it and that a repair just was not possible. I had been in the carpool lane when I got the flat and I decided to pull all the way over into the right shoulder, which did take some driving on the flat. But hey, at least I didn't get into a car accident. This same gentleman showed me how worn my tire was anyway and how it really was time for a new one. Then I saw how bad my other front one had gotten too. They were both almost shot so I decided to replace them both with similar tires. it cost me $128 and I felt I only had to wait like ten minutes or something. I couldn't believe it! Called about some tires for my 4Runner. Not only did they have what I was looking for but they were fast and they mounted them on rims that I brought to them from somewhere else. They also had the correct lug nuts and took off my sensors from my old tires and put them on my new wheels. (Little bit more charge but not much at all) When I said fast I mean like super fast I think I was out of there in like 30min. These guys prices are the best! I will not go anywhere else from now on. Alfonso is the guy that helped me. I'm from out of town and was taken to this tire shop on recommendation from aaa tow service on the 14 freeway. They took my vehicle after 5 pm and had four new goodyears on it by 5:30. Super efficient three man team. Professional, courteous, competent. He offered me three price ranges for the exact tire size for my vehicle, remounted the spare, put the wheel lock key back in place, and charged me the exact price quoted. As we all know most tires shops are real competitive, and when I've called around the dollar amount is usually all the same. So I went to Affordable Tire in Acton, needing 4 new tires because we had to turn our lease in and tires were bald on the flex, I was givin a price that I liked, so I decided to get them, but not before running my family to the local restaurant to eat while they put the new tires on. After dropping them off and pulling cash out I headed back to Affordable tire to drop off the car, and I was told they had made a mistake in the tire prices, I was quoted a real low price on accident. I was like great, I figured this experience was gonna turn bad real quick, but to my surprise i was told they would still honor the quoted price. As most of my experiences I figured we'd have to go back-and-forth and argue over the price I was quoted, But that was not the case. They took care of me and I got my car in and out and they will have my business from here on out, it was a good experience and that's the difference I'm looking for when I'm paying for a service. read more

We where going out of town for the July 4th weekend in the RV and had a blow out, we found Affordable Tire searching the internet along with other tire places. Called and talked to Julio and he was not only helpful on the phone but his knowledge of what we needed was amazing! On top of that, Julio and his team being super friendly, easy to work with, and super cool to my family, he also let me use his own personal vehicle to go and pick my family and dog up who were waiting a few miles down where the blow out happened because the RV had to be towed, considering it was well over 100 degrees he really saved us!
