Recently, was told by the dealer that my left front tire was put on backwards. Coincidentally, this is the tire riveras repaired. I went back to tell them so they could fix it and was told they didn't do it. They did not take any accountability. I've gone to them for years and so has my family. Highly recommend Rivera's Tires. The customer service is always great, quick and friendly! Not to mention, of all the tire shops in AV... they seem to always be open the latest. Which is extremely appreciated by those who can't make it to a tire shop until AFTER they get off work. Even on Sunday's, most tire shops close early (which I don't get) and they are always there to rescue us! There have even been times we have been helped without anyone asking for payment. Rude, slow, and will charge you for anything. Asked about getting my old sized tires and not only did they have no idea what I was talking about they refused to even discuss it just saying replacement tires were $35 (my original tires were 20). They also wanted $10 per bolt to take off locking bolts, which costs them literally nothing to do. I've had my tires replaced here a couple of times but never again. There is another used tire place up the street with friendly staff that listens, better prices, and no trying to gouge the customer. Go there. read more

Rivera's Tires helped me alot. I have a hard to find size. Had checked 3 other places, didn't have that size. Rivera's had 3 of them. Then, my lug nuts were stripped. I have reverse thread on my back duallys and they are very hard to find. He was able to machine out the stripped ones and we could once again use them. They are great for used tires! This place would get a zero if the stars allowed. They are racists pieces of sh*** at this place. My husband and myself came here to get a tire put on both of different races they stood and talked one came over and finally asked what was needed a mexican lady came in after her tires all 4 were put on immediately while we still waited they took over 15 mins to put one tire on then charged him an additional 5$ for taking off a special value when all they had to do was ask for the lil wrench to get it off. Will never do business here again even if the car was flat on all 4. Sorry people for you at this place. read more

Good luck getting anyone to help u unless u speak spanish. Ive bought tires here 3 times. It probbaly would be up to 10 times if they wouldnt ignore a white guy trying to get there business. The owner has helped me before and was awesome but his workers are garbage. Talked with the owner before and he took me to the back and found me tons of the exact tires i was looking for. Came back the next day to install them and his workers after begging them to finnaly pay attention to me told me they didnt have any. I told them they had about 10 yesterday and they continued to tell me i was wrong and they didnt have any. Really? U must not want work. Ive gone there and i littelry have to go way out of my way to even get someone to come say "can i help you". Never again. You guys are closest to me but now i will take my business somewhere else. read more

Terrible business. Was a regular customer even though I was replacing their used tires every 2-3 weeks.... They used their power tools on my tire studs and after asking for them to repair one of the stud they said that I will no longer be able to come here. Terrible customer service. It was a simple matter of them accepting their power tool bubbled the stud thread and fixing it and making it right.... Beware cause if they mess up they get an attitude and turn your business away. They are only helpful and have a good attitude when you aren't pointing out their mistakes. read more
