We had a large order that my office requested the printing of shirts 8 weeks before they were needed. We followed up several times, pre-paid upon order, and was provided highly unprofessional service at every point during the order. We asked for status updates only to hear sorry we can't do that "the check is in the mail", as we approached 2 weeks before the shirts were needed the proof was still not available. The owner stated they wouldn't be ready in time. We needed them for a specific awareness event on 1 April and receiving them in May wasn't an option. He stated they were "busy" ok I understand but you either hire more people, or take less orders to meet your commitments. The owner claimed to refund the almost $1000 we pre-paid but the credit never hit the account. After a bank dispute, countless hours going back and forth with failed promises, and the scramble to find a new vendor on less than 2 weeks notice we were able to get what we needed at another small business in town New Lowe's.

Once I decided, he provided me a design within 24 hours, and it was almost perfect. I asked for one tweak, which his designer made right away. The final product was perfect. At the last minute, I asked for both a red and blue sweatshirt, but the design was for the red - when the writing on the blue wasn't totally clear (although we were still able to give the blue one to my dad). Ahmed GAVE me a FREE second red sweatshirt. That was so kind, especially because it was my mistake asking for the blue at the last minute.
