In a small town you always want to go out of your way to support a local business whenever possible. We had a large order that my office requested the printing of shirts 8 weeks before they were needed. We followed up several times, pre-paid upon order, and was provided highly unprofessional service at every point during the order. We asked for status updates only to hear sorry we can't do that "the check is in the mail", as we approached 2 weeks before the shirts were needed the proof was still not available. The owner stated they wouldn't be ready in time. We needed them for a specific awareness event on 1 April and receiving them in May wasn't an option. He stated they were "busy" ok I understand but you either hire more people, or take less orders to meet your commitments. The owner claimed to refund the almost $1000 we pre-paid but the credit never hit the account. After a bank dispute, countless hours going back and forth with failed promises, and the scramble to find a new vendor on less than 2 weeks notice we were able to get what we needed at another small business in town New Lowe's. read more

They custom made a tshirt from a drawing my son did and it came out perfect . The gentleman that took my order was very nice and helpful . When I picked up my sons masterpiece the young lady that helped me was super ice . I will return to this place . read more

I manage a local business in Lompoc and we have used KLE for plaques, certificates, office hour signs, lettering for our exterior monument sign, and business cards. Each experience we've had with regard to quality of work and timely service has been excellent! My daughter needed a high school sports bag in which she wanted her name on, not only did they work around us bringing it back so she could have it for practice during the week, they had it ready the next day. Very unprofessional. Over a week ago took some tshirts to get printed for our upcoming trip for my sons bday. He said he could have them done for us. And now today 1 day before we leave, go to pick up our shirts and all he could say was "we didnt get to them, but we can have them for you next week". Really??? No thanks. This is where to go if you need anything engraved or personalized! We didnt know it was in town until someone mentioned it. I needed brandy glasses engraved for our wedding with our names and dates on one side and a long three line poem on the other. We first took it to personally yours in santa maria cause it was the only place we knew of. it was horrible service, over priced, and charged me more because the glasses were "slanted" so they couldnt do it with a lazer and after nearly two wks they were not done and obviously had no idea what to do. Luckily we found this place! The guy was SOOO nice and soo helpful and really knew what he as talking about! he explained how everything was done and gave me a great price I couldnt believe it! For everything I wanted done, the long poem and all, he charged me TEN dollars LESS than the other place wanted for only our names AND he lazer engraved it and didnt know what the other place was talking about. our glasses came out great and I was so thankful to have found this place! They helped add a beautiful personal touch to our wedding. We will go here again if ever we need their services. read more

I went in seeking a donation for a fundraising raffle. Just something small. The raffle is being used to offset the costs of a reunion as ticket sales were a bit low. I also really wanted to promote our small locally owned businesses to the reunion attendees who will be in town all of Flower Festival weekend and will likely be shopping and spending money.My encounter with the owner was displeasing, to say the least. I have used this business in the past for a variety of things, I have dealt solely with a very nice woman who I believe is the owners wife. She was always gracious and very helpful. That said. My disappointment in the attitude and treatment by the male owner has resulted in me longer wanting to use their services, for anything, ever, And its not because we didn't get a donation. I understand running a small business can be difficult so I had no expectation of a donation, in fact I only stopped in because the place next door I originally wanted to go to was closed. I did however expect to be treated with some respect and consideration. Instead of addressing my request for donation with a simple no, the owner asked who our DJ was. Which frankly isn't any of his business, but I obliged and answered. I couldn't actually recall the DJ's name but he was referred and came very cheap. The owners attitude immediately became hostile towards me as he explained they have a DJ service for (x) amount of years. I honestly did not know this was a service they provided, maybe they should advertise this better. That's beside the point though. I said something about not realizing this and wish I had known because I would have loved to use someone local. I even apologized to him for NOT HIRING A SERVICE I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT IN THE FIRST PLACE. He then hands me his business card and decided to be even more rude and said with quite a bit of contempt, and I quote because I have never been treated so poorly by a small business owner in this community. "Well you should have hired us because then I might have donated something. But I can't help you now" Needless to say I WILL NOT be recommending this business for DJ services to anyone or any services. As someone who takes part in quite a bit of community event planning, I would rather drive to Santa Maria and pay more money than deal with the owners poor attitude. I will also make sure to tell every single person I know about this experience and inform them of the other places in and out town they can go if they need custom imaging services. read more

If you want terrible service this is the place to go. I ordered a jacket waited 6 1/2 weeks and checked on it. It had been done for about 10 days when I got upset that they never called they tried blaming me for having a full voice mail. Turns out they called the wrong number but when I wrote a complaint on their face book page they replied very unprofessionally and childish like. They even tried posting my personal information on their page. Luckily the picture of the text they tried to send was to the wrong number. So I had a right to be upset for not being notified that my sons jacket was ready, especially after paying over $300 for it. Would not recommend to anyone. read more
