His staff were very pleasant to deal with. I'm writing this review because we had this system installed a week after we had our Lexus SUV returned for the second time after it was stolen. We were woken up at 1:37AM with the security system activated. We saw a young man getting out of the car before jumping into the waiting vehicle. Our CCTV system recorded the same MO as last time. Punch out the rear window Photograph the VIN, pull out the glove box and access the engine control unit. IGLA let the car start but killed the engine a second later as they put the car in reverse. Interior damage a new window and a trip to the body shop (we likely won't get it back for 4-6 months - supply chain shortage with Lexus. Thanks Martin and thank you IGLA!

So I had new rear brake lines and new brake shoes installed on my car…read more A month or two later I heard a squealing sound coming from the rear passenger drum. So in the fall I switch my own tires over for winter and when the back wheels were off I noticed the brake drums freely spinning. They aren't suppose to do that which means the mechanic was careless in not securing the brake pad spring properly which took me 30 minutes to reinstall because I didn't have the proper tool.The spring was in perfect shape and not broken but came off due to improper shoddy workmanship. I adjusted the rear drum pads which brought up my brake pedal up over and inch! That's a significant amount of play and unsafe. I contacted the owner and he would not accept responsibility but told me I should of brought it in to fix my issues. That would cost me a day sitting at thier shop for work that ought to have been serviced properly. I would never recommend trillium
