Carly at the front desk has been so kind and sweet with me every time im in for a treatment or when im calling. Every single nurse has been absolutely phenomenal. I recently moved, and I miss this location so much. These ladies are the definition of above and beyond service. Whenever I am back in town, I will be visiting and making my follow up appointments with them. Thank you all for great memories here!

I've been going here for quite a while now for laser hair removal, and this method works very well for me. I love the inviting feeling when I walk in and how pristine and clean it is. It smells good, and they offer you a drink, fruit-infused water, or a unique tea while you wait. Then the technician comes to get you, and the session is quick and easy. Right afterward, you can schedule your next appointment, or you can simply text them to schedule. I highly recommend this place!

Not for cancer patients!! I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and I have a lumpectomy…read moretomorrow. I went to Sedo Laser today for a relaxing facial. When updating my health history I revealed my cancer and was told i could not have ANY treatment until 6 months cancer free. All I wanted was a FACIAL! No lasers, no injections. It was a day for me to relax prior to my stressful procedure. Ridiculous. I get there may be some things you shouldnt do while undergoing cancer treatments but a facial is NOT one of them. I did call my oncology office to confirm the safety of this and was told it would be NO problem. So my advice to you is to avoid this place or LIE about your cancer history. Way to kick a person when they are already down Sedo!

I always have a great experience getting my regular Dysport treatments done by Tracy at Total Med…read moreSolutions. However this was my first visit to this location. The building is extremely nice and new looking with lots of free parking right outside. It was extremely clean inside and staff were friendly and efficient. They have evening hours at the time of this review. They accept one Groupon per visit but there are some additional restrictions so definitely read the fine print before purchasing to make sure it fits your needs. If you do buy a Groupon then the purchase likely will not count towards the product's loyalty program. I also recommend signing up for texts messages or emails to alert you of sales. I definitely recommend coming here for your med spa needs!

Injector and procedure was great I was told that I would get…read morea lower price for 50 units and then a $5.80 for the additional 50 units which I was completely fine with When I checked out, I thought it sounded like at least $100 higher, but my head was hurting from my procedure and I just wanted to leave at that point as I needed to get to work Later on, I took a minute to take a look and realized that I was overcharged a little over $100.- When I called back, I was given the runaround, even though the price was told to me by two different people, the injector and the girl sitting at the front desk Further, she told me that it was just too bad there was no things she could do about it per the manager and that is unacceptable Makayla was the girl at the front desk and Denise is the injector Needless to say, I will let everybody know, and I will never go back there again. They are not the only med spa in the city and definitely not the best as I do have multiple bruises now and I should not bruise at all with the procedure I had and that is just above and beyond the fact that I was overcharged and they refused to give my money back. So over approximately $100 they will lose a client - maybe more after this review

She really takes the time to go over your past results to make sure you get what you need. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I originally found them through a Groupon. Services bought through Groupon don't earn you rewards points through programs like ASPIRE Rewards, so you may do better overall buying directly from them - I highly recommend signing up for email and text alerts so you get notified of their flash sales.

So I purchased a Groupon here about a year and half ago For Botox. I just have this one wrinkle between my eyes That drives me crazy, I think it makes me look angry And is deep without Botox. Anyway, I was not happy with The results from this place, I actually thought maybe they watered it down. I had never not had Botox not work Ok. Fast forward I purchased a Groupon for the same thing. I called and I asked them, have I been here before? Gave my name and birth date, she comes back and says No we have no record of you! So today I show up and Immediately know I have been here before. What? I go in and give my name and what I'm there for. She ask if it Is a Groupon? I said yes, I used one here before. She said Well you can only use one!!! I said I called up here and you didn't have me in your system. Well I'm sorry mam but you can't use it, we will refund it! I'm like what? I have a huge event for New Year and now you tell me you won't honor this!!! So after leaving I read the fine print and it says you may purchase after 365 days. Ok friends, that's ME! Did they ask or check to see? No No No With four woman in the office all trying to look Glamorous, not one of them thought to ask this. I just got thru having a lower blepharoplasty and deep Peel at a Plastic Surgeon's office and this staff was the Sweetest and kindest I have met! Genesis Lifestyle Med Has much to learn on how to treat people, so you get Return customers. I would not go back there if they offered me a year of Free Fillers and Botox! I Do Not Recommend

I've been seeing Melissa for almost two years, she's a saint of a human, making you feel as if you're best friends while keeping her professionalism. She takes time to truly listen to your goals, wants and needs and plans the treatment accordingly. I've always only had Botox, which turns out phenomenal every single time. My last appointment we really had fun doing Botox, Skinvive around my mouth & Voluma. First let me say I am a whimp in her chair no matter how often I go I'm always nervous, Melissa has patience to stop when needed making sure you're comfortable the entire process and keeps the conversation light and airy to ease my nerves. Second I went in planning to do a different treatment, once I expressed my concerns we discussed other options and changed the plan. She said to me "can you trust me and explained why she decided on another plan." My response "ABSOLUTELY". I trust she knows me and the level of expectation based on our conversations. I couldn't be more pleased with the results, Melissa and the entire experience. Thank you for being so wonderful!
