She really takes the time to go over your past results to make sure you get what you need. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I originally found them through a Groupon. You can usually use one Groupon every 90 days but make sure to read the fine print before purchasing to determine if it meets your needs. Services bought through Groupon don't earn you rewards points through programs like ASPIRE Rewards, so you may do better overall buying directly from them - I highly recommend signing up for email and text alerts so you get notified of their flash sales.

It is March 31,2020 & I still do not have results of this test. I have made multiple attempts to contact them and for the most part get sent to voicemail. An adequate amount of time has passed for testing to be finished & results available. I'm starting to think I wasted $199, pardon the pun, and the suggestion for the test was merely an up sell. When I discovered the issue, only one month was refunded, and the remaining charges were denied because they said they could not find documentation of my cancellation. I requested reimbursement, not credits. I was told the credits would remain on my account regardless, but when I later tried to use them, I was treated in a way that made me feel as though I was trying to take advantage of the business rather than simply use credits I had been told were mine. The customer service during that interaction was extremely disappointing and embarrassing. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting every cancellation, refund agreement, or account change in writing and closely monitoring your billing. Unfortunately, I no longer have confidence in how this location handles membership cancellations, refunds, or customer concerns.

General wellness for blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes concerns-treatments need to be saught elsewhere! The physician assistant charges more than the doctor and you have no way of knowing who you will be seeing to reschedule. They also use a different blood work system that apparently charges more as well. I left three messages wanting this corrected and blood test results and received no return call back. They did try to submit a corrected claim to charge what the doctor would have been but insurance rejected for duplicate billing of services! They need to work on several things. I'm being very kind in my review here. When a business changes their name as this one recently did it can sometimes be to detach a prior history of bad business.
