Called on a Monday because our AC had gone out over the weekend. Warren was able to come by that afternoon, and we decided because of the age of the unit, our best course of action would be to replace the entire AC and furnace unit. Since my family and I didn't have any AC, Warren and his team were able to come the next day on Tuesday and replace the entire unit and have our AC up and running in 7 hours! We called Warren on Sunday and explain to him that my 94-year-old mother-in-law was very uncomfortable without our heater being able to heat our home. Not only did he fix it within five minutes he gave us a super low service charge and a free estimate on a system. That is way more efficient than the one we had.. well today we had him install our new furnace and this thing is awesome. He even threw in an ecobee thermostat that hooks up to our phone.. Warren and his crew installed 2 sets of mini splits for me and went above and beyond. The could have just did the installation but Warren's electrician noticed that my electrical panel could handle the units but it might cause minor problems. They suggested a small sub-panel at a very reasonable price. While installing the sub-panel, they went ahead and added an outlet for my tankless water heater, which I greatly appreciated. Plus, the removed my old AC unit and pulled the 40 year old furnace out. All the excess scrap metal was removed from my property too as an added bonus. read more

I setup an appointment with them and they arrived on time. Two technicians showed up and diagnostic the problem. They identified the problem immediately. The fuse at the control board was broken.
