I used Affordable Heating & Cooling for a new system install at a rental! Warren the owner was very attentive to what kind of system I'm looking for and was very responsive when it came to pricing! He offered great prices from the start and he addressed all my concerns. I had felt overwhelmed by the other vendors I considered; however, from the moment I spoke to Warren, it took 2-3 days to decide on a system and price and confirm an appointment! Very quick! read more

Everything has been working perfectly, and we'll definitely be recommending him. Thanks Warren! read more

I called around on behalf of my brother for a furnace, his just broke. My brother and his family couldn't afford new furnace which was quoted by various vendors to be around $4-8. My brother has 2 young kids and a wife who's a teacher. They are struggling to get by. I called several vendors on Yelp and craigslist and FB until I found affordable heating & cooling. They installed a slightly dented but new furnace for my brother and his family at a very reasonable price. We couldn't be more thankful. The furnace works great with no issues. It's been 3 weeks now. They were very professional and most importantly, very affordable. It took about 3 hours to install, 2 guys. I highly recommend this vendor. They are angels and I would use them again if needed. read more

They're not just affordable/reasonably priced, their quality of service is A1! Don't hesitate to call and ask for an estimate. They were a referral of a great plumbing company I had some work done on my house a couple of years back and they didn't have the license to complete 1/2 of the tasks I needed done this time around, so they recommended to talk to Warren. I called, he said he can come out a few hours later, or if I can send pics, he can give an estimate from there. This was all new to me, water heater/furnace stuff, and we had 2 previous estimates, and I said ok let me reach out to my realtor to give me some pictures. I thought I needed to be there to sign papers and make payments... basically be present...but no...which was great which made my life better because of my schedule. I forwarded the pics and Warren gave me an estimate via email within a couple hours. Very impressive because another company took 4 business days. Anyhow, I had a good feeling about Warren and was happy with the $ amount. I asked him how long the project would take and it would be done in 1 day. Others said it would take 2 days. Warren said he can come as soon or whenever I wanted the job done. I appreciate the flexibility. I wasn't in a rush but I said the sooner the better to just get things done. Him and his team came 2 days later, and got the work done! Not to mention, when they saw the house, it ended being a "2 sided heater" rather than 1 I guess. He ordered the 2 sided heater, and fixed it on the same day....and still honored the original estimate. Take away notes: Good Man, strong communication, and that's who you want to do business with. The bonus is that him and team know what they're doing. Sent me videos and pictures and took payment via Venmo/Zelle. Smooth transaction. The icing on the cake: they are AFFORDABLE. Thanks!! read more

Called on a Monday because our AC had gone out over the weekend. Warren was able to come by that afternoon, and we decided because of the age of the unit, our best course of action would be to replace the entire AC and furnace unit. Since my family and I didn't have any AC, Warren and his team were able to come the next day on Tuesday and replace the entire unit and have our AC up and running in 7 hours! The price Warren quoted me for the entire job, which included an upgrade in size of both furnace and AC, made the decision an easy one! Very happy and impressed with these guys and their service! Warren and his team are all polite and very knowledgeable of what they do! Would highly recommend. From minor repair, to whole system upgrade. Nobody can beat them! read more
