After using a competitor who showed up late, wasted my time, never fixed my AC unit, and over charged me for a 3 hour service visit during which the technician sat in their truck for 2 of the 3 hours, I call Dave at Integrity Air. Dave personally came to my house the next day on time, called in his team of technicians, identified the problem immediately and completed the repairs in less than 2 hours at a reasonable cost. read more

THANK YOU INTEGRITY AIR CONDITIONING!!! Six years after my first post I have had another fantastic experience with Dave and his incredible crew, I am a person with diabetes and the heat seriously impacts my health. My AC stopped working yesterday and I called to see if I could possibly get some assistance (fully expecting to wait days or even weeks with this hot weather). Dave said he put me on the list and they would be out that day or the next. To my thankful surprise they were able to come and fix it the same day. I know that was an above and beyond experience and I am so appreciative. Best air conditioning service ever!! Thank you so much read more

This after an already pleasant experience with an earlier job to do a full preventive maintenance on our HVAC system last summer. This weekend we hired Integrity to install our new water softener, whole house filtration system and route a pressure relief line to the outside. Called Dave during the week and went through everything. Scheduled the appointment and we were set. He checks in on you the day before the appointment, arrives on time, professionally completes the work, tested systems to make sure all was well and cleans up. Thanks for taking care of us. read more

Class Act right here! Called at 6:30 pm in tears because I just had an awful experience with another AC company that has no business being in business. Integrity answered the phone at 6:30 pm, listened to my concerns through my tears, was EXTREMELY understanding and at my house by 9 am the following morning. Dave, the owner, quickly & professionally diagnosed the problem. Integrity was also a referral to me from someone that also had the same pleasant experience with them. We stumbled upon Integrity Air on a recommendation from a family member. Dave Doubledee and his wife Paulette run an honest, fair business. Their prices are VERY reasonable and they go way beyond any other company to meet their customer's needs. It is terribly difficult to find a servicemen during a heat wave in the central valley and Dave was able to work us into his schedule very quickly. He provided great service and explained the problem with our unit very clearly instead of just trying to sell us parts we didn't need. I will definitely be using Integrity for future jobs and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing air or heat service. read more

Class act, awesome service. You always worry about getting honest work done, especially when you don't know much about the service you need. From talking to Daves wife when I first called, she was super nice, informative and very helpful. My AC unit wasn't giving off heat, so I called, Dave was able to come the next day while my wife was home. She said he was quick and already finished when I asked if he was there yet. I asked if he would wait about 10-15 so I could ask questions, he did, Dave actually stayed another 30 as we talked about different things, very nice and the price, couldn't be happier. We need more Daves around, same goes for his wife, what a team. read more

I want to give a big thank you to Dave. I did not personally meet him but feel the need to not only thank him on his facebook page, but also take a trip to yelp and leave a positive review. Our ceiling was leaking and my husband discovered it was the AC. He called a well known company (you see their vans everywhere). They came out and said they needed to replace the evaporator coil and overflow pan. There was a pit in my stomach when my husband told me it would be costing us $2,117.00. That's a romantic getaway with my husband I could have had. That's a Legoland trip we could take our kids on. These things haven't happened because we don't have that kind of money to do so. My husband then called INTEGRITY (can't have a better name than that). As I write this, I'm getting pretty emotional because my husband sent me a message saying, "The leak is fixed, it cost us less than $100". INTEGRITY. Dave fixed our AC leak. He fixed it for less than $100. I can't thank you enough for removing that financial burden. It's so upsetting to know that there are companies out there that can put people out like that. Thank you for your INTEGRITY, thank you for making an honest living like the rest of us that pay for your services. May your business continue to grow, may the same INTEGRITY be given to you when you need services that you cannot do yourself. What you put out, you bring in. It's nice to know that we have someone honest we can call if we or any of our friends and family need an AC repaired. THANK YOU!!!!!!! read more
