About an hour later the work is completed and he showed me what was done and provided me information such as what switch he connected to. No drywall repair or paint was needed. After getting quotes from three companies, Benpro was the most reasonable and transparent, so we moved forward with them, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. They even added gravel over the drain area and cleared extra soil around the dwelling to prevent future issues. Things we didn't even know we needed, but they took care of proactively. Alfred came out to explain the whole plan, and he was amazing. He walked us through every detail, clearly and patiently. During the work, one of our sprinklers was accidentally damaged, but they fixed it perfectly on the spot and made sure all the post-work cleanup was done thoroughly. You can tell Alfred takes real pride in his work and genuinely knows what he's doing. Highly recommend!
