I took both my mom and dad to this location. They are under new management and this new group is so good. My mom was just in the cypress location the day before and had adjustments to her dentures and was still uncomfortable. So I took her to the Conroe one that's closest to me. She went in still in pain complaining that it was bulky and uncomfortable. The dentist named Ashley was so knowledgeable that she had her staff fix her dentures. She left saying it felt natural and she couldn't tell she had dentures on anymore. read more

Went in for an upper denture, such a bad fit and metal not sealed into denture. Teeth wrong color, the fit so bad had to do some filing just to eat. Such a poor job. Went for 2 adjustments still do not fit right. VERY expensive $2100.00 went to Orlando and am getting full set for $705.00. I'm allergic to penicillin, they gave me a type of penicillin I wasn't aware of, had allergic reaction ended up in the hospital resulting in a pulmonary embolism. Delaying my extractions of course for six months. When I returned to complete work I was told I had been dismissed from the practice because they refunded my money. They caused the a medical problem then dismissed me like I did something to them. When they told me several people standing around like I was going to fight them, I'm disabled with a walker, four people were not required to supervise my dismissal. read more

STAY AWAY - they sold me a 1200 partial that they said they would warranty for 7years - fast forward 2 years and the tooth is coming off the partial. I called Cville Affordable and they told me my warranty left when the dentist I seen left the practice. They told me it was that dentist problem to warranty. Called that dentist, waited a month to get in and they told me they will not warranty it any longer because that dentist is not connected with Affordable. That was NOT every said to me when Affordable took my money and sold the warranty. I tried to call and get a supervisor or a corporate number which they will not do. Every time I call and select im a returning patient conveniently it goes straight to VM but if i select im new customer.. WOW a person answers the phone. I cannot believe this "dentist" is not in jail! There were scores of unanswered complaints on BBB website. Now they are all mysteriously gone. His "F" rating is now "C", without EVER responding to any of the people he hurt. Don't go anywhere near this hack. He charged $3,000+. He left the jagged jaw bone edges to cut thru my gums. He refused to do anything else. I got nothing but an temporary set, that never fit. He REFUSED to provide the "Best Dentures", I paid for. He REFUSED any refunds. I had to spend thousands more, to have an oral surgeon repair the damage. Then more money to get usable dentures. Why the BBB would remove so many scathing reviews, is beyond me. I made an appointment with this dentist office as I was in excruciating pain and needed them to pull a tooth. I let them know I had 200 dollars at the time I made the apppointment. When I got there, after the exam and x-rays, I was informed it would be 250.00 dollars. (It is considered an emergency and thus more. Keep in mind this was a Friday during regular business hours and I had an appointment. They refused to bill as a 'corporate' policy and let me leave in pain. Insult to injury, they just sent me an email offering me a discount if I come back in a few days. If you want to go somewhere they ONLY CARE about the money and not the interest of their patient, you have arrived! They had one other patient in their office the entire time I was there. Beware!!!! The cops are on speed dial. Two months after getting my dentures from this place, two teeth fell out of my new dentures within 2 weeks. I was told by the receptionist and was told that I could come in and get them fixed and it would not cost me anything because it would be covered by the warranty. When I went in to drop them off, the first lady I spoke with was very nice and happy to help but a few minutes later another lady came out and said that they needed $50 to work on them because I did not have an appointment. Myself and my husband both had to have dentures. We went year before last several times and finally had our extractions and temporary done by Dr. Wilson. this office is very kind, patient and gave us both complete details on what to expect. I have recently (this past week) went back again and rec'd a new full set of dentures and also a nice conversation regarding implants and a written estimate of such. Dr. Wilson took his time and answered every question I had. I was never rushed, nor was anyone rude, and they took the time to make my dentures "right" before I ever left the office. They are thieves! I called and told them I wanted 7 teeth pulled and a bottom plate. They quoted me 292.50 for the economy plus. They told me the extractions would be anywhere from 45 to 165 depending on the complexity of the extractions. I go for my consult that they charged me up front for. They come back at me with the fact that they DO NOT and WILL NOT sell me just a bottom plate. I am on a very limited budget, I don't have money to just be paying for something I am not getting. I do not need an upper set, they KNEW I was ONLY wanting and able to afford the bottom set. Had Conroes police called on me twice today at affordable dentures I guess if your not satisfied with the work they perform and you let them know your not satisfied and you don't accept what they tell you they call the police, so knowing that I couldn't go back without wondering if they would call police again, I decided to go back and get a refund on a certain amount well they called the police again needless to say I am now not aloud in their office spent close to 10 grand on to tell me they could not do what I needed so now I'm having to go somewhere else !! I have been waiting over a year and a half to get the permanent implants. I paid for 4 implants and the ultimate fit which was the top of the line. After several failures on post due to mechanical failure or hitting the nerve, which I still have the tingling from. I go in to get the cast for the permanent plates. They have no idea who I am and ask to pull all my teeth and put posts in. Then the dentist never speaks to me just comes in and tries shoving the casting mold in my mouth, she ripped both corners of my lips and the inside of my mouth. I get really upset, the tech finally brings my plates to me covered in wax and they hadn't put the snaps back I. The bottom plate. Now the plate doesn't snap In, I call many times leave message no one calls. I show up and the rude receptionist makes me wait. I'm missing another day of work. Everything is fully explained, prior to and during every procedure. I've never felt more comfortable with a dentist ! They truly care about their patients. I give them 5 stars only because there aren't more stars! Never have I had to take any pain medicine! He is gentle and kind! His wife Mrs. Letty is one of the most amazing women I have ever met! I am a business owner as well for over 23 years, I judge the places that I do business with according to how I want to be treated, they score I would never go anywhere else! Had all my teeth extracted and got dentures $ 10,000 dollars bones working out of top gum they want another 280.00 dollars to remove it after they told me if I had any problem they would take care of it. Went to this dentistry office to have dental implants. They did the pre-requisite x-rays and pictures for information on what it would take to do my implant. I paid for the procedure upfront in the amount of $32,500. I went in to have the procedure done and after being sedated woke up to find out that the Dentist had stopped the procedure because of finding some soft bone. They made an appointment for me to see and orthodontics surgeon to see if he could fix this soft bone problem. They gave me a piece of gauze toput in my mouth and sent me on my way. Never offered refund.Went to the appointment with Oral Surgeon and bottom line, Dental office didn't offer any sort of a refund on my $32,000 that I had paid. Went to the oral surgeon and he could not use any of the work the previous Dentist had done. He could put my implants in and fix what it already been done for $50,000. I was told that I should have gotten a refund from the previous dentist. I called and initially they offered to refund $8000 of the $12,500 cash that I had given them. I told them that I wanted at least $10,000 of the cash I had paid them refunded. They agreed and would also put in a request to their corporate office do you have my $20,000 check refunded. It took an act of Congress to get an and itemized account of what they had actually done and to get my check refunded. Needless to say family members to help me pay the additional $20,000 To The 30,000 I already had. I have started the implant procedure and have a wonderful oral surgeon and staff. My daughter went with me to all of these appointments. She was not impressed with the cleanliness nor the staff at the initial dentist that I went to. They had an oh well attitude concerning the situation. The most terrible medical experience I've ever had. I would recommend this dental office to no one and say beware if you do. read more

Affordable Dentures are crooks - they charged us 7,000.00 for service made us wait a year to get my permanent dentures. I go in for my appointment and they refuse to make them they claim the dentist that worked for them left and he is responsible to make the dentures and sent me to that office and he claims Affordable has all the money paid and he has a lawsuit against them to try and recover the money for the services he is providing - the Dentist set up his own practice and is trying to make it right for us. I Can not say this enough. I have had 2 separate procedures done at this location in Conroe Texas and Dr. Wilson has been the best dentist that I have had so far in my 62 years. He treated me with care , making sure that the pain was addressed and kept to a minimal . He explained the procedures in a way that it was clear to me what was taking place. When I had an issue with my temporary uppers he went the extra mile and kept his staff at the clinic for an hour after the clinic closed to make sure that i was satisfied and that the dentures where fitting as they should with out any discomfort. when the day came to get my permanent teeth, I could not have been more pleased with the results.. yes they need some adjustments but The people at the office have been very professional and Caring and I could not have been any happier with the results of my procedure. If you disagree with Dr Wilson he will instruct his staff to call the police. My husband had 6 implants done when he went in today my husband told him the mold they made was wrong and asked to talk to Denisit. The police came instead of the Denisit. I was in disbelief I drove up there met my husband and asked to discuss with the Denisit. Lady said fine 30 minutes went by I asked again if we were going to be able to meet with Denisit she said he was working on the file. Nothing else was said not to any other patient nobody next thing you know the police come back again. Saying we were being disrupted they ended up giving us $435 as a refund and made my has been signed a paper that he cannot come back to the office again not this is a $10,000 dental job that now we have to go out and pay another Dentist to complete. So bottom line is if you disagree with this dentist and do not like how your teeth come out not saying they have to be perfect you will be asked to leave his office or escorted out by the police. read more

i have had dental work for dentures 10 yrs ago that was superior compared to the barbaric care and nonconcern of this office.i went in to get a full lower set of dentures as i could not afford to fix my teeth remaining.the DR. who satrted the exam was prompt and even tho they quoted me 850.00 on phone and when i got there uped the price to 1240.00 i accepted it as i needed to procedure badly.well to my horrified news which i overheard the dr. went to lunch and left his interns to do 6 extractions alone.there was noone in the office but my daughter who sat inthe lobby waiting for me.this was the mostpainful thing i have ever been thru and i have gave birth to two children!they were soo worried about thier lunch they didnt even ask if i felt pain except maybe once when i was literally screaming to the point my daughter who was in the front lobby) heard me and ask if i was ok and could she come back.they refused to let her do so.they were rude and literally pulled 6 teeth without never deadening my mouth completly and obviously didnt care that i had tears streaming down my face and was in obvious torture.they ask me once to hold my own chin up so he could use more than one tool to twist and break every nerve in each tooth.people i felt every second of each extraction!the intern doing the extractions was rude and more or else yelled at me for not turning my head so he could futhermore torture me beyond anything i have ever experienced.it took both of them over an hour to finish and i hd 10 removed years ago in about 45 minutes with no pain until the deadening wore off.of course that was with another professional dentist that has since retired.all these two interns were concerned about was when they were going to lunch.it was horrible,in fact im still bedridden and if my daughter had not went bck and raised hell the only prescribed meds i wouldhave gotten were toradol because the DR was not there to give me anything stronger.she went back and raised hell as i was in soo much pain i was considering going to er. when some off the patients waiting to go in heard how i was treated some of them litrally walked out. this office and this dr is incompetent and i wouldnt put my worst enemy thru the pain this has and is still costing me.i wouldnt take my dog to these people unless i was into torture.they are not professional in any way or those interns would not have done those extractions alone with no supervision and on top of all that upped the priceafter i got there from 850.00 to 1240.00 knowing people will pay whatever they have to have presentable teeth.and i paid cash with no thank u or discount whatsoever. read more
