As a new patient, the Scheduling Staff worked with me to get me in to see a dentist within 10 hours of my return home. Doctor Graham took all the proper steps to make me feel relaxed and destressed. She answered all my questions before she started any work. The Dental Assistant performed in the same way, working to remove any worries or concerns. Great Teamwork! Conroe Family Dentistry has latest new and high-tech equipment to provide the highest quality of treatment. Upper and Lower teeth were scanned using AI, so they could recreate the proper bite fit. The fitting scans were entered into a high-tech Milling machine that then went about cutting, sizing and aligning a new crown. The entire process from sitting down in the chair and out the door with a perfectly fitted and installed crown was less than 90 minutes. I was referred to Conroe Family Dentistry by a family member. I have now moved from a Dental Care Center and Dentist with a 30-year relationship to Conroe Family Dentistry. Very up to date equipment, well trained staff, and most of all, a stressless experience.

Office went as far as say LEGALLY couldn't touch it--so I asked "...so it is better to leave it than at least do a general clean?" So guess what??? I went ahead and took the office's recommendation--I found another local dentist that does do the traditional general cleaning regardless if you decline their recommendation for a deeper clean. I paid over $50,000 for full mouth veneer treatment with this office. Within about three years, one…read morerestoration failed and required emergency care. I no longer live in Texas, so I saw another provider locally. That provider was recommended by this office and uses the same lab. During that visit, I was shown a clear image of an unsealed margin on the tooth adjacent to the failed restoration. This area is now causing significant sensitivity and requires treatment. Despite this, I was told by Dr. Young that addressing it would be a personal choice and not necessary. I was also told that issues like this could be related to whether I was keeping up with cleanings. I have consistently attended my dental cleanings before and after the restoration. I have been trying to get help since April 11, when the crown failed. I was finally told on 4/30 that a night guard would be remade and sent. I provided my address and never received a response or update. My records state that a night guard was delivered to me after treatment completion. I never received a night guard. What I was given were retainers, which I believed were night guards all along. I raised concerns shortly after placement in 2023, including asymmetry and bite issues, and provided photos at the time. I relied on the guidance that things were addressed. I am now dealing with a failed restoration, another tooth requiring treatment, and no protective night guard despite documentation stating otherwise.

They exhausted my entire year of dental benefits on just x-rays and replacing the chip on my tooth. Never got the teeth cleaning. Flash forward Jan 2025 chipped tooth filling fell off. Made an appt to come get it replace. Told them I did not mind paying to get that done since I am self pay. Came in, filled out information then was asked for $175 exam fee upfront. I asked how much more on top of that to fix the tooth. Was told they could not tell me. I explained I didn't want to leave it open ended on cost. They refused to give me a ballpark without first collecting $175. This place is high as the Rocky Mountains. Receptionist was rude. Suggestion is to look elsewhere
