If you look through my reviews I initially went to a shop that my insurance company recommended and they gave an estimate that included replacing things that were not even an option on my vehicle and gave an estimate that made the insurance company declare my car a total loss. The damage was cosmetic but enough that I wanted it fixed. From the moment I met with Safi it was like a boulder was lifted from my shoulders. He was very patient and helpful. He explained the entire process of the reiregistration process and said he would help me navigate the paperwork and inspections that will be required. My car is 18 years old but I have taken good care of it so the engine should last a while longer. Imagine my surprise when I picked up my car and he looked better than he did before the accident? He looked like new! I can honestly say Safi treated me like a sibling making sure the car was the best it could be. He was very mindful of pricing and advised against getting things done that would cost too much and were not necessary. His staff even noted that one of my brake lights was out as I was leaving and he took care of that as well. He takes pride in his work and will not let you drive away if your car does not look like new. You don't find people who are so meticulous in their attention to detail and desire to provide a high quality outcome. I hope you never need a autobody shop, but if you do Safi is the only one you should trust your vehicle with. There is a reason why he has only 5 star reviews. He has earned it!

I originally stopped in just to get an estimate, and Christian was polite, professional, and very accommodating. He's bilingual (Spanish and English), and I was able to speak with him in both, which I really appreciated. He also took the time to set expectations clearly: he said it might take 1 to 2 weeks and that they wouldn't guarantee the paint would blend perfectly with the rest of the car since I wasn't repainting the whole vehicle. I respected the honesty because my goal was simple, make the car look presentable again (it had ugly fading), and I wasn't chasing a showroom-perfect match. The estimate was right up my alley, so I dropped the car off that same day and walked home (I live nearby). About a week and a half later, the car was ready, and the results were even better than I expected. The paint blended so nicely that I honestly couldn't tell the difference between the newly painted panels and the older parts of the car. It looks clean, uniform, and way better than before. This is our family car and my daughter drives it, so I mainly wanted something presentable, and they delivered. I had to take a day off just to get estimates and get a feel for who would be repairing my beloved little Honda commuter. I'm pretty picky with who works on my cars and want to be able to have a sense of trust and calmness. So i shopped around at nearby auto body shops near Antioch area where Im staying but didn't get a good vibe with the staff that were helping me with estimates and explaining the overall process. I decided to have Garage Works work on my car because he's conveniently close by my job and I've never had any complaints or bad experiences working with him in the years ago. Back in 2010, he painted my 64ss Impala when someone hit me. A lot of the hot rod community referred me to him as he really does great repairs/paint. Then last year, I got rearended and the tow truck even recommended him! I want to be able to have peace of mind and know that he guarantees his work and level of quality and craftsmanship that Linh produces is remarkable. You can tell a lot of car owners with very expensive high and vehicles trust him just by walking into his shop and seeing all the projects lined up in the parking lot. You can find majority of really old school all American hot rods and 140-1960's classics as well as High-End European and Japanese show cars. What I appreciate the most is Linh treats all the cars just as equal, even my little 2012 Honda CRZ commuter! He also walks me through the process and explains in detail what needs to be done in order for the car to be properly repaired & painted. He said that there are cheap ways to repair that are not recommended and there's the correct way to Repair so that the customer is happy and no issues later down the road. I like that he has the mentality of replacing parts instead of putting a bunch of Bondo and pulling dents out.I walk away with peace of mind after handing him the keys. Something pretty rare a customer feels especially With anything car related whether it's a mechanic, paint shop or collision repair. I was about to give up on my third try but I thought "I already wasted gas circling, so mind as well try to get in...." (Pics for alleyway/location) Also, they don't have a sign on the shop itself except for the outside, so it might be a bit "hard" to find/notice. Just know it's the last place in the back of the alleyway with a lot of cars in the process of getting repaired. When I drove in, I felt a bit intimidated but don't worry, the guys are nice! I came here for an EXTERIOR car wash and the outcome of it was great! I think I had fallen in love with my car again because whenever I touched it, it just felt so.. smooooth! I noticed he didn't wash my rims but for the price of $10, I think it's a steal! My car wash took about 20 mins and there is free WiFi in the waiting area. The waiting area is kinda dim but it's very clean and there are also magazines that you can read while you wait too! I would definitely come back and recommend to friends. :)
