But 3 months later I have spent close to 4k and climbing to resolve an issue he never did. He was made aware that I needed to address a MAJOR sulfur issue. We came to an agreement on a system and went form there. Not even 2 days after the system was installed I was reaching out that the issue had not subsided. Over the past 3 months I have made various attempts to reach out and rectify the problem, following all his recommendations for new anode rods and electric ones etc even offering him to come get all his equipt back and offer me a refund, or very least pay half the cost to fix the problem, all for this morning to be told to just sue him. That he did not know how to solve my problem and that he is not well informed on sulfur issues but his website clearly lists this as the SECOND major issues he is equipt to deal with. He advised if he knew city water was an option for connection I should have went with that but he DID know! I told him that and he promised that my well would be much better quality than any city water could ever be. He sent me over to JOSH at PSL water guy! Who swept in and is working diligently to resolve my issues! I have proof of the system he installed with his exact words 100% would fix my issue and never did. This am he tells me he is financially struggling and can not afford to render this situation in any way all to which i learned that he has been doing this to multiple people in our community. I will be pursing all my charges back through the court of law!

GMS Air Conditioning , LLC…read more My home is less than seven months old, and I am already dealing with rust issues related to the HVAC system. The company that installed the HVAC was contacted for warranty service, but instead of standing behind its workmanship, I was told they do not work for free and that I needed to take the matter up with the builder, even though they installed the system less than seven months ago. The service call itself was extremely disappointing. The technician arrived, opened the indoor HVAC unit, looked at the problem, closed it back up, and left without making any repairs or attempting to correct the issue. Nothing was resolved. As a disabled United States Army veteran, I expected honesty, professionalism, and accountability. Instead, I received excuses, finger-pointing, and a refusal to honor what should be a straightforward warranty claim on a brand-new home. A warranty should mean something. Customers should not be forced with a subcontractor while trying to avoid responsibility. Stand behind your workmanship, honor your warranty obligations, and send qualified technicians who are willing and able to perform the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Run, Run and look for another company GHO homes did what they were supposed to do , Builders do no use this company as contractors. Services A/C system repair

Evidently they told us the Bosch À/C ran on a new system and NEVER worked correctly. We have made several calls to DS and many service men have been here but no one can figure out the annoying humming noise created by the À/c. Today ANOTHER service man came and said the conditioner needed a new part costing $150.! However, yesterday's service man said there would be NO CHARGE because he couldn't find or fix the problem. Different story today and a/c still humming. If you have a problem with your À/C.....save your money and Don't call DS AIR CONDITIONING. Customer Service is a zero.

They came out last month and serviced the unit and said it might need to get the coils cleaned. Well, the same thing happened again. Came out same issue. Coils needed to be cleaned but I decided to get a new AC unit. Thank God. The unit was old, rusted out coils and no guarantees it won't leak . However, the new AC is in, it is so quiet you can't hear it, and the Ecobee Thermostat is unbearable. Thank you so much. From the office staff to the service people you are all fantastic.

The Seller got quotes from Stuart to Miami, and JB provided the best complete system at a very fair price...far less than the other HVAC companies quoted. JB delivers the most bang-for-the-buck but he will not cut corners. With JB, the system install has to be done right or he won't let it fly. I give them my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. JPaul.

Ahh, the joys of home ownership). After getting quotes from a NUMBER of companies, we went with JB's, frankly because they beat everyone's price by a significant amount. They installed a more efficient two-stage unit for less $$ than what other companies quoted for a basic single-stage unit. We also signed up then for their maintenance plan, which means we get priority service calls (and no service call charge), twice-annual maintenance on all units, and 15% of labor. Every time we've had an issue, they've been out within a few hours. When we had to replace another super old unit a month or two ago, we got quotes from a number of providers again, and again JB's was a no-contest choice. Every time we call with a problem, we get assigned the same technician, Jeff (who is fantastic - and since he's been here a number of times, he can basically just make himself at home and do what he needs to), whcih we appreciate because it just makes everything easier since he already knows where everything is etc. In short: -Excellent, responsive service -Great prices (seriously) -Service plan is totally worth the $$ for the free service calls, maintenance visits, priority service, and labor discount -Friendly, professional, knowledgeable people I would have imagined it's pretty difficult to get excited to write a review for an AC company, but these guys definitely warrant it.
