Then it became not worth it to fix her mistake because she "gave me a discount". I never asked for a discount. Mind you, I heard this from another source not even from the owner herself. The chain is really delicate, so they did charge me $45 so that they could put another layer of gold over it to make it a bit more sturdy. I liked that they were proactive about that and let me know! They put great deal of care into measuring my wrist and making things just right. The bracelet was ready to pickup within a week and looks even better than how I left it! It fits perfectly and I am so grateful. They also have a VERY sweet dog who roams around the shop. I had a great time with the pup while they pulled up my order and info in the back.
