Abby injects Botox in the Right amounts for the size of my forehead and takes into consideration your eye shape and other factors, like how much movement you actually want! Also, I have had pretty invasive laser treatments here and I can say without hesitation I Completely trust Brittany because she has the experience and knowledge necessary to give you what you Need- even if that's different than what you thought you needed or didn't know, which is always me. I get comments all the time I look 10 years younger than I am and it is in huge part because of Renu and the amazing ladies that run it- from the ladies in the front, to Brittany and Abby, and the rest of the ladies who do all the treatments offered. I just had my last treatment on Friday. I had IPL and Scarlett and then Brittany did a different one on my eyes, which I am forgetting the name. If you want cheap, unexpected results, then this place is not for you. If you want personalized, professional, and trustworthy service that leads to Expected, Amazing results every time, come to Renu. You will not be disappointed. I don't write many reviews much, so I don't know if it's possible to update this review, but if I can I will post a before and after picture of my face after laser treatments as soon as my swelling goes down and I start really seeing my results, which I can already see btw!

I've been coming here off and on for several years and took a couple breaks (once b/c of COVID, once b/c I couldn't be bothered to coordinate my schedule). After my first couple treatments, I was sold and signed up for the monthly club (I think there are several levels). When I took the first break b/c of COVID and then returned, the front desk folks initiated putting a stop on my monthly club dues b/c I had accrued such a large balance and they wanted me to use some of it up before re-starting my dues. I have been to purity 3 times so far. The place is very clean and organized and people at the front…read moredesk are friendly. However, a couple of things really get to me. 1) Every time I go I feel immense pressure to buy product. I understand why they suggest the products, but I can't afford a bunch of expensive skin care products. If I could I prob would, but I truly can't justify it with my budget. Even when I express my financial concerns I feel I am still pushed to buy and feel guilty saying no. 2) The last time I was there (3/8/25) I had scheduled a moderate peel. I somehow ended up with a diamond peel or something like that for almost double what I was expecting to pay and wasn't made aware my service had been changed until I got to the register. I think some where during the conversation about what I was there for the Esthetician changed the service on me in a subtle way so I didn't know I was essentially agreeing to a more expensive service without being made aware. This was very upsetting as again, I am on a budget and I felt tricked. I came to the conclusion that purity is a better place for a person with long term skin goals and a large budget to dedicate to it. Not a person who just wants an occasional peel or facial. At least that's how I have felt after my few times there. For that reason I will not be going back
